I never thought I was going to actually have any of the dreams. It wasn't anything big, but I was a kid. Mom and I were living in Texas, not California, near my grandparents. I ...can't lie, it would be nice to see more of them than I get to. Other than that, everything seemed to be normal. Well, except Mom's job. Still a musician, but... in the dream she was a country singer. Which is absolutely ridiculous and I wish she knew what the dreams were so that I could call her up and tease the hell out of her for that.

Dad wasn't in the dream, which isn't really surprising. I've only ever lived with one at a time here. I wonder how different he’ll be than he is here?

Never thought I'd actually be saying this but I'm pretty sure I like zombies a lot better in theory than in reality.

I am more tan than I have ever been in my entire life! It turns out lifeguards mostly just sit on high chairs, watching everyone and tanning. I've only had to get into the pool once since I started working at the pool. It's still strange to think that I was one afraid of water and now I'm a lifeguard.

I'm still trying to decide if what I did was crazy or not. I got a job as a lifeguard for the summer. I've never done anything like this, but considering I can breath underwater, it only seemed natural that I should actually use this ability. My mom couldn't be prouder of me that I've gotten over my fear of water, but I can't really tell her how it happened; not like in the dreams where she knows that my father is Poseidon.

Speaking of the dreams, after leaving the junkyard, we ended up at the Hoover Dam, I got separated from Thalia and Grover then the tour guide turned out to be Athena. I met a girl, named Rachel Elizabeth Dare who could see through the Mist and she helped saved me from the skeletons then we were again saved by metal Angels after Thalia asked Zeus for help. We ended up in San Francisco after that. I met and wrestled, Nereus, the Old Man of the Sea and got the Ophiotaurus. I had to sacrifice the Lion's pelt to my father for his help to save us then Grover took the Ophiotaurus back to Camp. We went to Annabeth's father for help and he lent us a car, which blew up halfway to our destination. We finally got to the Garden of the Hesperides where a lot of shit went down. I took the Titan's Curse from Artemis and let me tell you, the sky is extremely heavy. Luke got pushed off a cliff, Atlas was forced to take on the curse once again and then we went to Olympus.

God, my dreams are exhausting.

I have to say that waking up in a pool of your own blood is not all it's cracked up to be. I'm also not a fan of being kicked off a cliff by my girlfriend, but dream me is a little off his rocker, so I get it.

Kronos is a real dick. I hope we never meet because I might be tempted to punch a Titan in the face and I have a feeling that would end really poorly. Like probably I would be dead is how poorly it would end.

Atlas is also a dick. But I doubt anyone is surprised by general godly assholishness enough to really be shocked. Not even a dislike button would work for this. It's more of a "fuck off" button sort of thing.

I'd forgotten all about the lullaby madre used to sing to Bianca and I when we didn't feel well until I found myself singing it earlier today to Cesare while waiting at the emergency vet for him to be seen. He's fine - just an upset stomach from eating something he shouldn't have during the five seconds I took my eyes off him when we were walking on the beach.

So you might think that pre-production comes first, before all that actual 'filming the movie' shit, but nah. First you gotta make sure you have enough money to actually make the movie, to pay the bills, and pull your ass out of what is lovingly called 'development hell.'

Well, I'm pretty familiar with hell. And ain't no movie of mine is gonna be sitting in it.

After many, many, many, many meetings - I'm pleased to announce that my new project's been given the green light. Now comes the task of finding a location, producing the shot list, script breakdowns, yada yada...

Oh, yeah, and casting. Can't talk too much about the roles specifically in public but any actors out there? I might be able to provide more info.

Best part about everything it's that while I usually work 18 hour days to avoid the dreams, I haven't had any more of those in awhile. Maybe they've stopped, and I really fucking hope so.

Percy is a Greek demigod. I know that here, but I only just discovered that in the dreams Apparently Juno might have swapped my one friend with my other friend. I hope Jason's okay. I wish I didn't miss him and Frank right now We sort of figured it out as part of Juno's general plan for us while we were flying to Anchorage.

Once we got there, we took a taxi. The Hyperboreans are amazing...even if one apparently tried to step on me once. I didn't remember it before, but I remember it now. Also this Alaska is a lot more similar to the one I knew, but it's kind of weird for my dream self to see how all of the little things about it have changed. Then again, it has been 70 years since I've seen it.

And we have to go

The only problem is now I have a super craving for blueberry pancakes.

On the bright side, I'm still alive and not holding up the sky anymore in my dreams. That's gotta count for something. The whole holding up the sky thing was stressing me out. I'm not sure I could have held out much longer, and this me needed to know what happened. Mostly because this me needs to focus more on upcoming school projects.

I woke up this morning soaked and smelling like the sea. Apparently getting thrown into the sea in your dreams means you need to wake up soaking wet as if you had been thrown into the sea outside of them. I don't know what's going to come next, but hopefully I stay out of the sea.

So watching Ghost Adventures with Will and Sans and all I can think during this episode is "I want to make my own mummy".

Not only did I have more dreams last night, but I got two gifts from my dreams. The first is a wristwatch that turns into a shield that my half brother, Tyson made for me. The shield is pretty cool cause it depicts scenes from our last quest. So now I have a pen that's really a sword and a watch that's really a shield. The second has to do with part of my more recent dreams.

So, after we got the prophecy, we had to decide who was going to go on the quest. One of the Hunters was going to go, but the Stoll brothers played a prank on her and she ended up in the infirmary. Nico wanted to go, but I had to promise him that I'd do everything in my power to protect Bianca while on the quest so he'd stay at camp. I also had another dream about Annabeth. This time Artemis took her place holding up the sky. A Titan called the General wanted Luke to kill Annabeth then, but he wanted to keep her alive. When I woke up, Blackjack, a Pegasus, was in my cabin and he asked me to save a Ophiotaurus, which is sort of like a sea cow. I named it Bessie even though I wasn't sure if it was a girl or not.

Our quest started at The Smithsonian where we found Dr. Thorne who pretty much confirmed that my dreams about Annabeth were true. He tried to kill Biance and Zoë by using dragon teeth and blood to create these skeleton warriors. Or course I ended up becoming their target instead, but I managed to escape using Annabeth's Yankees cap that makes the person wearing it invisible. I went to find the others, when we were attacked by the Nemean lion. Because, we don't deserve any down time or anything like that, right? I managed to outwit it using astronaut food and Zoë killed it then gave me its pelt. We had to try and lose the skeletons who were now disguised as security guards thanks to the Mist.

When I woke up, the lion pelt was on my bed. Not really sure what I'm going to do with it, but it's pretty cool. And it actually takes the form of a jacket when I wear it. It's not really my kind of jacket, but it's basically impervious.

I'm currently holding up the sky in my dreams. Somehow that doesn't seem like an easy task.

I really can't win in my dreams. First, Annabeth gets taken or something like this guy who set a manticore loose on us. Then Thalia wouldn't talk to me because of it. Artemis showed up and took an interest in Bianca, even though I tried to protest. Artemis sent her hunters and Apollo to camp with us. Back at camp I started having dreams about Annabeth, that she was in trouble, so I went to ask the Oracle for help and of course she didn't answer my questions; not that I thought she would.

A couple of days later, there was a game of Capture the Flag and this time it was the campers against the Hunters. Me and Thalia were co-captains and after I accidently lost the game for us, me and Thalia got into a fight, using our abilities against each other until the Oracle wandered into the woods. And let me tell you, the Oracle is basically a walking skeleton in a dress, so how it got into the woods from the attic of the Big House, I had no idea.

Anyway, she proceeds to give us a new prophecy:

Five shall go west to the goddess in chains,
One shall be lost in the land without rain,
The bane of Olympus shows the trail,
Campers and Hunters combined prevail,
The Titan's curse must one withstand,
And one shall perish by a parent's hand

I don't know about anyone else, but I really don't like the sounds of that. And I'm guessing my next set of dreams won't be any better than these ones.

Discovering the Olympic Gods want me and my unborn baby dead. Turns out there's a prophecy where it'll bring about the Twilight of the Gods. The end of their rule.

I mostly just want to keep the kid and the baby daddyGabrielle safe. But maybe it's time for the Gods to take a permanent nap.

So - Happy New Year I guess? My luck finally ran out on the dreams judging by my sleep last night. Pretty sure that I've never been to Croatia to visit Diocletian's Palace with my mom and definitely not before World War II. So...this is going to be fun right?

Sorry if I woke you guys up this morning when I went out. I didn't mean to get the dogs barking. Just needed some air.

It's my birthday! Cmon, tabloids, write something good about me. I dare you.

So I forgot to silent my phone during my last class of the day and it started ringing. Normally the professor would be pissed about anybody disrupting his class that way, but he just laughed about it today and started singing along with it. Guess I found another fan of The Nightmare Before Christmas on campus.


Pretty sure the RA is starting to hate me. Two days into the month and he’s already glaring at me everytime he sees me anywhere on campus. Even when I don’t have my laptop with me so I can’t blare that song at the sight of him.

I'm ready for my food coma now. My mom and Paul made so much food, we're going to have leftovers for days. And I'm okay with that.

My mom and Paul went all out this week and decorated the outside of the house. Back in New York we lived in an apartment, so we didn't really have much to decorate, so they went all out this year with some inflatables, plastic skeletons, lights, you name it. If this is what they do for Halloween, I can only imagine what Christmas is going to be like.

These past few days have been filled with lots of dream infirmation. Just when you think you've finished, it starts all over. Then there's a new quest. Not surprising given who we are, and what the quest is. It's important. Very important. It's still exhausting, though.

I really need to get a better nights sleep so that I'm not falling behind with my classes.

So, hypothetically speaking, if one were to wake up and find a bag on their desk that contained the head of Medusa, what would this person, hypothetically do with it? Because hypothetically speaking, I wouldn't know what to do with it, because hypothetically speaking, I...this person wasn't expecting it.

So after Saturday I can officially cross "Drink with a pirate" off my bucket list. I'm not normally a big fan of parties but I'm really glad I went to that one.

Mom's asked me to come see her for Thanksgiving break. I want to go but I figured I'd check to make sure you didn't have any family things planned for it or whatever.

I dreamt too much last night. More than I've dreamed so far and it's all really jumbled together. First of all, don't get into a cab if your drivers share only one eye. Camp was attacked by a Colchis Bull and Chiron got fired as head of camp. Tyson ended up being Cyclops and my half brother. That was a surprise. Didn't realize that cyclopses were also songs of Poseidon. We had a chariot rave and got attacked again by big greek birds with razor shark feathers. And this is all because of magic that shields the camp is breaking down cause of Thalia's tree dying since Luke someone poisoned it. Of course there ended up being a prophecy for a quest to find the cure. The Golden Fleece.

You shall sail the iron ship with warriors of bone,

And fail without friends, to fly home alone.

Clarisse, the daughter of Ares, was chosen to go on the quest, but me, Annabeth and Tyson left to go find Grover and to try and get the fleece before Clarisse after I ended up getting supplies from Hermes.

My head hurts now. Too much. I think I should lay down.

I should have known better then to think that my dreams would have been over after going back home. Also, having a dream within a dream is still weird. Grover was running from a cyclops and ran into a wedding shop and then it exploded. Of course I have no idea what it means. Then at school the next day, I was in gym class playing dodgeball when I was attacked by two Laistrygonian Giants. They tried killing me with exploding dodgeballs, but Tyson ended up protecting me and to my surprise he was unaffected by them. Of course Annabeth showed up and killed one of the giants then she called a taxi to take us back to camp.

I'm so glad I've never been attacked by any monsters at school.

Woke up this morning to find my Camp Half-Blood t-shirt on my desk chair. I'll admit, I was kind of really excited about that. I had to wear it today of course. It's still kind of crazy, the whole things just showing up thing, but I could kind of get used to it, depending on what it is.

Okay so - I want to go to Australia so that I can eat the burgers they talk about in this article. Look at Bulbasaur’s broccoli hat. Just look at it.

So I meant to mention this before but - I got distracted. Will wants to come for another visit. Is that okay?

My dreams are just one trap after another. First, we arrived in Vegas and while looking for a place to rest, we ended up at the Lotus Hotel and Casino. They offered us a room and they had games and stuff and it felt like we were only there for a few hours; turns out we were there for five days! It was only after I started noticing people wearing clothes from different time periods that I was able to break the spell or whatever it was. By then our timetable to reach the Underworld had narrowed drastically. After that, once we did get to LA and were looking for the entrance to the Underworld, we got chased by a group of teenagers and hid in Crusty's Water Ben Palace. Turned out Crusty was actually Procrustes and he tried to stretch Annabeth and Grover, but I tricked him into getting trapped in one of his own water beds. We finally found the entrance to the Underworld, which was at DOA Recording Studios. We told Charon that we'd died in a bathtub in order to be allowed into his elevator.

And of course that's where I woke up. I don't even know what to expect when we encounter Hades. I wonder if he'll look like he does here.

On a lighter note, my birthday is Thursday. I'll be nineteen and that also means school starts soon. That's the only thing that has ever sucked about my birthday. How close it is to school starting again. Oh well, at least I get blue cake Thursday.

I think it must be Weird Dream Pet week or something, and I missed the memo. Or maybe the OC is trolling me because when my hellhound passed the security checkpoint of this realm or whatever, he sort of got...downsized.

How did I end up with so many animals in my house, how. It's bad enough my evil imp henchmen are nothing more than a chipmunk and a bunny in their current form.

This is bullshit.

This quest that Annabeth, Grover and I are on in my dreams just keep getti weirder and weirder. We keep running into various gods, minor gods and monsters. I'm only like twelve and I'm on this bizarre cross country trip. I'm surprised we haven't died yet.

So the dreams also make me wanna hang out with Annabeth more, but I don't know what we can do. I don't wanna just go to the movies or something like that, but I don't know what girls like to do.

Does anyone know if they’ve worked the bugs out of the servers on the Pokemon game? I thought it would be fun to play when I take Dad’s dog for walks. I heard they were buggy, so I haven’t downloaded it yet.

Not that she’s not fun to just take on walks anyway. Especially when she’s found something she thinks is exciting.

I can’t believe the summer’s already flown by and I’m already having to buy books all over again. And paper and things too. But I don’t have to try to track down reasonable used copies of them online.

We had a cartoon and take out party to end the year with. Should we have one before classes start too? Maybe pizza?

I'm beginning to think that I actually am getting my abilities from the dreams. Tonight my mom asked me to peel potatoes for her and as I was peeling, I cut my finger with the peeler. When I went to wash it, it healed. The water healed it right before my eyes. I couldn't believe it. For a minute I thought I was seeing things, but one second there was a cut and the next, it was gone. I don't even know what to think now.

How does a hug nearly make someone pass out? There must be something wrong with me. How embarrassing.

I imagine this place won't ever stop surprising me.

How many people can say that they've been on a bus and attacked by furies? I bet not many people. Even better? Who can say that they've convinced their friends to behead Medusa before she turns you all to stone?

I bet not many of you. Don't worry, though. I can say that.

Crap. I think I just made my bathroom sink explode. I guess it could be worse, I could have caused messed up all the plumbing in the house.

Whoa, some people are taking this 4th of July thing way too far. Seriously, when you have to invade a fireworks shop wearing horse costumes?

Maybe start looking hard at your life choices.

First a mostly melted sword, now a nine iron? Really?

So, I finally know who my godly parent is. My father is Poseidon. I suppose the fountain and toilet incidents make sense now. I can control water apparently. I found out during a game of Capture the Flag....a demigod version of Capture the Flag that includes the chance of death. First I was attacked by Clarisse, a daughter of Ares, who wanted to get back at me for the aforementioned bathroom incident then I was attacked by a Hellhound. Both times I was healed when I touched a nearby creek and once I defeated the Hellhound, a glowing trident appeared over my head, which meant that Poseidon had claimed me as his son. It seemed to be a pretty big shock to everyone.

You would think that finding out who my father was would answer a lot of questions, but it's only left me with even more.

Speaking of parents, my mom and Paul arrived this weekend so I'm out of the dorms and in the new house. We spent the weekend unpacking the moving van. I'll miss New York, but it's nice having my mom and Paul out here.

Finally done school! I'm so glad.

Also, apparently my Spatha came through the dreams and the boy I like is a son of Mars.

I don't know how so much gets packed into one dream. It's like the longest movie I've ever seen. Too much to even type long. I've got it all written down, though. Just in case. On top of that, things just keep getting more and more strange. I wasn't sure that could happen after watching my friend turn into a tree.

At least it's summer break and I've been able t enjoy myself some. I love reading at the park.

What would you say if my dreams were identical to yours? Like I dreamed the same thing you did and then some.

Apparently when you're part of a camp full of Romans, War Games is something you do. I guess it makes sense in a way. You learn how to strategize and all, but someone died. Something wonky was happening with souls, so she came back like a few minutes later, but...

We won, though. Me and the two people I was with. So there's that. Also I can sense underground tunnels now, which I couldn't do before

I want to say I understand this whole dream thing, but I'm pretty sure I still don't understand. You talk about them like they happened. Really happened.

Kind of dreading the summer heat, but when you're half made of metal that happens.

It's safe to say my dreams are continuing on, and they certainly aren't sunshine and daisies. I think it's important I write all of this down to look back on later. Anyway -- We did run into a satyr! And Percy, you're going to find this strange I think, but the satyr's name was Grover. He promised to take us to a safe place, but he wasn't really great with directions and we ended up taking one too many wrong turns.

Right into a Cyclop's lair. A Cyclops! You know, just when you think you can't find anything weirder? Things gets weirder. Of course I was the only one who wasn't captured which meant little seven year old me had to figure out a way to save everyone because I wasn't about to just let them all die. Not after everything. Eventually, I was lucky enough to find them. Not so lucky for them I found them hanging over a pot. Not a very promising happy ending for them, really. Things didn't get any better from there. That mean old Cyclops tried to trick me by using my Dad's voice! Now, that's just cruel and unusual punishment for a seven year old. But you know what? That Cyclops wasn't going to fool me. I stabbed him in the foot! I stabbed him! Thankfully, I was able to untie Thalia who was able to do the rest for me.

You would think that things would have gotten better after that, but they didn't. More monsters kept coming, and we couldn't outrun them. And Thalia, she ..stayed behind so that the rest of us could escape. I can't really explain what happened next, but I know it wasn't good for Thalia. Before I knew it she was ..a pine tree. A tree.

A real life tree!

We made it to where we needed to be because of her. I know things would have been worse if it wasn't for her. I could just tell. We made it to Camp Half-Blood, but she didn't make it there with us.

I think I need a vacation from these dreams.

I got two surprises this morning. The second was better than the first. First, I woke up to find the pen from my dreams on my nightstand. The pen that is actually a sword. I was about to uncap it when there was a knock at the door and I was extremely surprised to see my mom standing there. My mom and Paul had just been out here last month so she was the last person I expected to see. Turns out her and Paul are closing on one of the houses they made an offer on when they were here and she came out to show me which one and surprise me. It's funny cause I should be the one surprising her on Mother's Day.

These dreams and studying for finals don't mix well. And I thought having ADHD and dyslexia and studying didn't mix well, but this is worse cause now I keep getting distracted from studying to think about the dreams.

When we got back to school, I overheard Mr. Brunner and my friend Grover talking about how my life was now in danger. It made me really suspicious about what was going on after the whole being attacked by my other teacher thing. Then at the end of the school year, Grover wanted me to wait for him at the bus, but I was still really suspicious about what was going on so I went home by myself. In the dreams, my mom was married to this really gross guy named Gabe who enjoyed nothing more than harassing me. When I got home, he was playing poker with his friends and hit me up for money. I don't know what my mom saw in this guy. I mean, he had this weird smell and was just horrible. Luckily my mom came home soon after and said me and her could go to Montauk for the weekend, which was fine with me cause it'd get us away from Gabe. It's kind of funny that we were going to Montauk cause that's where I used to spend time in the summer.

That same night though things started to get even weirder. First Grover showed up outside our cabin without pants. That's not the weirdest part though. From the waist down, he was a goat. My best friend was a satyr and I had no idea. Not that I knew satyrs actually existed or anything. So Grover told us we had to leave cause we were in danger and my mom just went with it. We got int he car and she started driving like a freakin' race car driver and then a hurricane hit and we ended up getting struck by lightning. Turns out, we had been chased by a Minotaur and it really wanted us dead. It ended up injuring Grover then it...I don't even know what it did, but it grabbed my mom and she disappeared in a flash of light. I was so angry that I somehow broke off one of it's horns and stabbed it with it. I killed a Minotaur! I stil can't even comprehend it. I pulled Grover over some hill after that then passed out.

I woke up in real life after that and couldn't get back to sleep and haven't been able to study since. If I fail cause of these dreams, I won't be happy.

You know that finals are starting to get to people when you go in the elevator and find four girls sitting in the floor around a monopoly board and just staring at you because you're interrupting them in the one place they can forget about essays, tests, and everything else for just a little while. I'm sorry, I'll just use the stairs for awhile. And good luck to whichever one of you is playing as the dog piece.

It's nice to have a break from the spiders and the monsters, but it also is a little bit of deja vu. It feels like my dream is playing out something that I've already lived through. I know it's because of the spiders and monsters that I left home in my dream, but it still felt the same as when I was younger. It's a very strange feeling.

In other news, do boys honestly think that whistling at a girl is going to somehow attract that girl to them? You look ridiculous when you do that, and you should probably never do it again.
