So..Apparently I just don't care or something but my birthday past...

My mother showed up out of the blue last weekend for a visit. And she’s still here. I’ve been trying really hard to keep her out of my apartment so she doesn’t get assaulted by some random haunting, and so she doesn’t see the Hole in my bathroom.

It’s not like there aren’t a thousand things to do in Orange County to distract her with, but she’s starting to get fussy with me. Like she really wants to see my apartment. I’m not sure what to do.

My neighbor problems might just have sorted themselves out. It's been quiet over there the past two days or so, until I got woken up at midnight to someone shouting about the place being trashed. Looks like the parents finally came home, unexpectedly at that.

I tried to spy out the window the best I could without being seen, and I think I saw all of them leave. Here's hoping they're going to stay with grandparents or someone else from now on, while the parents are gone.

We both agree, engineering tastes like spreadsheets. Haven't figured out what physics tastes like yet but will report back with findings. Can anyone else confirm what your science tastes like?
