Is it weird that I'm more nervous about this than anything since I signed with them?

Made way too much barbecue for one person, so I might have just let whatever kids from the neighborhood come have food. Better than having to eat the same thing three times a day for a week, right?

Wow. I don't check in with this thing for a month, and the whole world goes topsy turvy. How's everyone? My head seems to be taking a break from those dreams, which is great because I don't think I could take that on top of school and work and everything else.

Oh, and I got a promotion! I'm super excited to be events coordinator for the Cellar. If there's anything you'd like to see us do, let me know. I think it's almost St. Patrick's Day. :)

Up to my eyeballs in potential party food ideas. If anyone knows me you KNOW I cook a ton to test first. So if anyone wants to pop by to taste test, feel free to drop by Taste of Home! I'll be cooking like a crazy person.

ETA After Neal's done upgrading my fryers... I am so making fried green tomatoes. All are welcome. if you don't like fried green tomatoes, what is WRONG with you!?

I'll be at the Long Beach Comic Expo this weekend, doing what all underpaid comics artists do at comic cons--fulfilling your teenage fantasies by drawing you whatever you want. I've got at table in Artist's Alley, so if you stop by, and mention Valar, I'll draw you whatever you want for free.

Even Batman and Superman making out, if that's your thing. Me, I was always more of a Nightwing guy.

It's time for Mary Margaret's blond moment of the day. I pulled into the Shelter this morning and sat there for a few minutes before going in and I had only put my foot on the break so I then proceeded to try and turn off the car without putting it in park. I have never done that before. I was glad that no one else was around to witness it.

The bloody heater in my apartment is broken and my landlord cant fix it for a few days. Fucking brilliant.
