Ever wake up really hung over with a Taylor Swift song in your head? And for some reason your mouth tastes like waffles, when you know damn well you'd remember if you ate waffles last night or not? At least I'm not on the news, so it couldn't have been a TERRIBLE night.

But seriously. Waffles. Must obtain.

I'm trying to figure some stuff out. Does anyone want to help?

There is some weird show on Bravo called "Extreme Guide to Parenting" and I've decided that all these families are messed up. I've only watched a few clips and such (thanks to the Soup for pointing it out), but seriously. These parents are so odd and while I see they love their children their parenting styles are crazy. I guess I'm not one to judge because maybe they would see my style as crazy, but spirit animals like unicorns that you're child apparently just sees in the back yard? And having your grandmother nanny your child, but you won't let her eat breakfast with you? Alrighty....

Are we having a Labor Day BBQ or anything? I'd love to go out to the beach or something as one last hurrah before things start getting busy again.

I'm going to be out of town for a few days. I just need to get out of this place and all of its chaos for a bit, that's all. I didn't actually end up enrolling in college this semester like I thought I would, and I have a lot of free time on my hands. And I need to practice using my portals in a place I don't care about damaging--

I forgot to leave a note, sorry! So I thought I would just post this here. I know everyone I live with is on this thing. But I'm going to be boarding this plane in another minute or so. I should still have limited net access in flight. And my phone.

Disregard this if I was misinformed, but my physician mentioned this to me when I told her I was having persistent and repetitive nightmares dreams. I'm not exactly a frequenter of these types of things, but I was hoping to learn something that could help with this.

Being in this hotel has perks. Chocolate on demand..I think I'm just going to be over here ( with this bourban chocolate brownie[viewable to all but cut to save lists] )

Things that I have learned since being here.

1. As hilarious as going on an adventure and getting lost with a friend who is also new to the area, always make sure one of you has a map

2. Dreams are still convoluted and I don't see that stopping anytime soon. Or them in general. But I'm recognizing more people and I'm not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing. (For the record? Frosty is a hilarious, but really bad, fake name <3))

3. I may be awesome as a bartender, but I should probably look for a day job as well (Don't worry, Harry, you still have me for bar-tending and whatever else you need, you're not getting rid of me that easily)

Stars and sky! One week in my new place and I've already fucked up my computer. How the hell does this always happen? I think technology hates me. The only thing I've managed not to lose or destroy is my phone. And well, I probably just jinxed that.

Okay, but consider this....

Fireworks only on one holiday a year.

We could always be more original and pick something else for Labor Day.

Yeah this is why I need a calendar - I forgot that tomorrow is Labor Day and I'm supposed to be seeing a movie with my brothers tomorrow afternoon. They are never going to let me hear the end of it So somebody help me decide since I've seen both of the movies they want to watch - which is worth seeing again, Guardians of the Galaxy or Lucy? Or more worth seeing again I guess since I liked both of them.

I shouldn't be surprised that right after I talk to my sister on the phone, I have the dream about her again. It's weird, when I think about the differences between my siblings in the dreams and in real life. Both Goldanna and Cailan are my half siblings in the dreams, Goldanna and I have the same mother and Cailan and I have the same father, who is or was, the King before Cailan became King, but in real life all three of us have the same mother and father.

I know there are other people whose families are different in the dreams as opposed to real life. Is it strange for anyone else?
