This heatwave can stop or I just might be the one passing out from heat exhaustion at the hospital. Wouldn't exactly look very professional of me.

I’m thinking that my dream life is pretty boring. It’s either that or these dreams have decided to give me a break. I keep dreaming about my childhood. Normal, boring, a little sad but it’s like anyone else going up.

Although it’s nice to know somethings don’t change.

It is so fucking hot. Totally spending the day by my mom and dad's pool. I feel like I'm going to melt. All I need is one of those little fruity drinks and my life would be complete.

Ooh, new internet site. Hi, people! I'm Doreen, how are you? I figured this would be a good way to burn off stress from finals, chatting with total strangers. Yay, dangerous fun!

Saturday was crafts night over at my house, since all the kids had to make mother's day cards. I also tried to teach them to make pancakes to they could cook breakfast for their moms, but only one or two of the oldest really got the flipping down. All the feedback I'm getting is "Well they tried, anyway" so I'm assuming cold cereal was had all around.

Other than that, I've vacuumed every day since then and given Thor about three baths, but I'm still finding glitter friggin' everywhere.

Thor isn't sure what he's done wrong to deserve so many baths. He's upset with me right now.
