I really don't know how I feel about these dreams that people are having.

At first it was sort of funny -- my family are all werewolves in these dreams, apparently. Or at least my nephew and I are. And it was weird, but I could deal with that.

But now someone I know and care about is dreaming that I hurt them, and they woke up hurt because of that dream.

I just wish there was something I could do to keep this -- dream version of me from hurting anyone else.

So this Halloween party I'm going to is coming up and I just realized I don't have a costume for it.

Do you think anyone would think poorly of me if I threw on a labcoat and went as a mad scientist? Time just got completely away from me, this month.

I totally waited until the last minute to find a Halloween costume, crap.

Maybe I can just steal something from the costume department? Well, borrow and return before anyone notices.

Unless anyone wants to toss out some really awesome suggestions that I can make from my own clothes. I am all ears.

I'm getting very excited for Halloween! Not just because it's an enjoyable holiday, but because my best friend is having a magic show. I haven't been to one of his shows in far too long, I'm very much looking forward to seeing it.

Does anyone have any favourite Halloween movies they could recommend? I feel in the mood to watch something a little scary, to get myself ready for the big day.

I guess one of the good things about living in CA is that I can were something like this on Halloween and not freeze my ass off.

I forget my contacts for one whole day, and every secretary in the department's come to fawn over my glasses. (I'm sure that's not entirely accurate, but it seems like.) They're eyeglasses. I think a lot of people still wear them.

I had thought about having a Halloween party, but everyone seems to be doing that, so instead Alexander and I will make the rounds to a few parties I was invited to. Some industry parties and some friends. I foresee us being thoroughly exhausted by November first.

I'm already getting ready for Christmas. Halloween is all fine and dandy, and Thanksgiving is all right, too. But Christmas! The designer in me just jumps for joy. I get to create a new and improved color scheme every year.

What do you think of violet, brown, bronze and white?

Working on getting into the Halloween Spirit.

We took my daughter to the pumpkin patch today. She enjoyed painting the pumpkins that we brought home. Got to bed a bit later than normal. I figure, it's Friday. Nothing to do but sleep in in the morning. If she lets us.

...you'd think I was excited or something.

I made the most amazing Apple Crumble tonight for dessert. God, I love Apple Crumbles. And it's the best time of year for them, too, with so many different varieties of apple in season. I promise I won't post too much work stuff on here, I just wanted to share. That Crumble was mighty tasty.

I really don't like the Dreams. Poor Bella. Poor Bella's mother. And Edward and... I just don't like it. I don't like the way things ended at that dance studio. Seeing Bella in the hospital. God. It's awful. At least she's okay. She's gonna be okay. What use are my silly powers if I can't see things properly??

Would Halloween just GET HERE already? I've got an amazing costume burning a hole in my closet! Though, not literally. That would make for a very sad Alice.

OWLs were not as much fun as I thought they were going to be.
