Oh my gosh, today is freaking awesome. My parents loved my gift, so that's cool, I loved theirs, also cool, and I gave away a couple pies, so I get to make more today! It's been nothing but awesome in the Dane household this morning.

I think this may have been the best Christmas ever! I got everything I wanted and more. The snow was an amazing touch, thanks, weather!

Now it's time to play in the snow, then I'm going to kidnap my brother for a Christmas movie marathon. I hope everyone has a merry Christmas!

I would not have believed it if I hadn't seen it with my own eyes. Isn't that remarkable? Southern California having a White Christmas.

Go me. It sounds kinda bogus but after the whole shooting stars thing, I haven't felt like strangling anyone this week. I only feel like strangling the weather.

It can seriously stop snowing. Any time now.

I somehow by questionable means obtained a upgrade in GPS navigation It is in-dash, so I will need to have it integrated into my Prius. I do not commute too often as most of my work is telecommute based from home. However, I will need it after the third of January.

I welcome any suggestions as to businesses open during the holiday season (perhaps Tink, if available), so that I am not left with a GPS that is sending me toward random locations that result in further gridlock or attempts to send me driving off overpasses. This represents an unacceptable safety hazard that I no longer wish to engage in.

I found me a case of some really good plum wine and all I'm wishin' for missing is a friend to share it with. Maybe over New Years if there's any takers. I don't wanna mess up anyone's Christmas plans and right now? I ain't sharing my Christmas Cake. (¬‿¬)

I'm still amazed by all the snow we've been having. And we had a white Christmas! I know my students must have been thrilled when they woke up to that. I made a couple of snowmen, myself.

I'm going to the college I want to - CalState. I'm staying local for reasons, and I have to admit, it was kind of awesome to get 35 pissy emails from my parents in half an hour. I finally got the assholes to talk!
