I've had to hire on five new employees, expand my shop, and someone's managed to get a hold of my cell phone number.

In short: you are all maddening, but at least it's not boring anymore.

It was you that wanted to be a dear and help out with creating cookies for this underwear party we are having, was it not?

And I could not for the life of me remember the name of the cookie I had in mind, and would you believe it was named so plainly? Lace cookies. I really wonder sometimes if my brain isn't completely stuffed with air.

Anyway, I found a recipe and - really a very entertaining article - about the cookies I had in mind. I thought I would share it, and see if you had ever baked something like it before!

And other people who aren't Navi, well... you are also welcome to try baking these delicious, fragile, lacy little beauties. I plan to dust mine with powdered sugar when I try it myself.

Getting asked to run vet errands for your boss's crazy cat, and being clawed to pieces while he has his acupuncture treatment, no seriously, the damn cat had accupuncture, I don't even want to know what he's spending on this crap, does have its upsides, surprisingly enough. Does anybody crashing at my palace of nuclear protection mind very much if I bring home the kitten they had up for adoption? He's actually kind of already camping out under my desk, but could become one of the office cats for now if it's a thing I guess.

I dreamed I got shot, then I got back up. The man who shot me wasn't human. He was sent to kill John. I had to protect John.

We held up a bank at gunpoint because I had something in the vault. Sarah put it together. That man beat his way into the vault, and I flipped a switch. There was this light.

I felt..detached the whole time.

What was I? He sent me back to protect himself?

Something I ate?

What is the thrill to people when it comes to hitting every puddle with their car with the intention of soaking the person walking on the sidewalk? Believe me I never laugh. And are any of the new horror films out in theater worth wasting the money on? Not sure I am feeling the Halloween thing and need something else to do than drink at a party.

I carved my first pumpkin today and believe me when I say it was a disaster. Looked a little like the pumpkin exploded all over the dance studio. I should stick with dancing instead of carving pumpkins. Yes, we have nothing better to do on opening day than to carve pumpkins. Last minute decor for tonight's show.

There was even Christmas music on the radio. It is too soon for that.

This dream thing. Is this related to living down the block from Tin Man and his Weird Science? Am I going to regret settling down here? How often does this crap happen? How many of you are experiencing this?

The last thing I need is some weird ass dreams making my kids nuts. They're not that well adjusted to begin with.
