When Martin Luther King Jr. said 'I have a dream', I don't think this is quite what he meant.

So my academic advisor told me I need to "get out more," which is crazy, because I'm in the library all the time. And then I remembered I signed up here a while ago, so I told her that, and now I guess I have to use it or she'll get all "concerned" about me again, and won't let me take extra credit hours anymore.

I'm Twilight Sparkle. I'm going to UCI for English, history, computer science and mechanical engineering. And I'm thinking about picking up a minor in something. I need to be a little more rounded.

Aaaand... there! My social interaction is complete.

It's going to be annoying rough getting used to the idea of people expecting an instant reply to emails, texts, phone calls.. I've only been back a week and part of me already wants to throw this smartphone into the ocean.

But here I am, complaining about the internet to the internet. Seems a little rude.

In last night's dream, I shot a bunch of thugs from on top of a roof and then Oliver was by my side, saying how good I was and did I want to be his sidekick. He was dressed like Robin Hood again, which was pretty fucking hilarious, actually. And then he called me Speedy. I thought my name was Red Arrow in these dreams. I thought MIA was Speedy.

I am...so confused right now.

The internet giveth and then...it giveth some more. I know what I'll be watching for a laugh, tonight, while I eat my usual scrounged together meal and chainsmoke entirely too much.

Romany? Do us a favor and pick us up some popcorn at a corner shop. Might want to get us a microwave to pop it in, while you're at it.

I understand why people feel the need to share their intense dislike for Los Angeles. Traffic is always a mess, the air is gray when it isn't brown and today during a quick jaunt down to city center I just so happened to catch an eyeful of a man waiting zen-like and naked as the day he was born at a bus stop.

Los Angeles is the lady that puts on too much make-up for dinner parties, the lady who covers up the scent of her unwashed body with so much perfume a French whore would turn up her nose, she's the lady who wants to be classy but won't ever be because her party dress is damnably short.

She's a dirty, cheap trick and that makes her all the more charming in my book.

Guess this week could be worse. Learned a lot about animals.

Gotta admit though, it wouldn't have been how I'd have chosen to spend my time.

It's here, it's here! After a month of waiting, I get to start work on my newest project tomorrow. I've never done Sci-Fi before, but I'm really excited about it. I know that the genre sort of has a reputation for being cheesy and, sometimes terrible but this is truly one of the best shows out there.

And, really, Ron and I religiously watched Inspector Spacetime. Still do, actually. Although I'm not so sure I will now that I'm going to be on as a companion - that just seems a little narcissistic.

We've got a few weeks of filming here in SoCal, and then it's off to the MotherLand - and Wales - for even more.

I freakin love my life right now.
