Now that I've finally gotten all of the pieces for my Halloween village and set it up - yes I know I've covered every space with it Will and Hazel, you can do the same with a Christmas village - it's time for my actual favorite Halloween tradition: visiting the area thrift stores to buy all the little statues they have to turn into haunted statues for the kids scavenger hunt on Halloween.

New school year, new classmates. And I always like to let classmates know, in case of future group projects, that I'm dyslexic and have ADD. Because I figure that's something important to know in case of future group projects. I'd rather be upfront about it now instead of looking like I'm using it as an excuse later. One of them said I didn't "seem like there's anything wrong with me". First that's... just insulting. There's nothing wrong with me, my brain just works differently. Secondly I've been on medication for it since I was a kid. And they replied asking if I've tried going without it and just "tried harder".

We are in the first year of medical school. How are you even here if you're questioning the legitimacy of medication? And I admit, I'm not perfect. There are mornings I've forgotten my medicine because something was going on and I got distracted. It's ...usually pretty obvious. The fact I usually seem whatever you consider "normal" means it's working.

It feels like I haven't had dreams in forever, but it was only the beginning of August that I had my last one. I think it feels like so long because I've been waiting to find out what was going to happen. I was caught in a Grounder trap at the end of my last one, so of course I've been waiting to know what was going to happen.

Turns out it was Anya's trap. She was holding me hostage until another Grounder showed up and she told him to finish me off so of course I struggled and ended up hitting my head and knocking myself out. I woke up awhile later on a horse, heading towards a signal fire where it turned out Finn was waiting. I was relieved to see him since at that point I thought he was dead. It turned out that the Grounder was Lincoln, the Grounder that we had tortured that time. He was helping us because he thought that what his people were doing was wrong.

He led up through some tunnels, which eventually led us back to our camp just as we hear an explosion from that direction so we race back and find chaos of course. Murphy had blown a hole in the drop ship, Raven had been shot and the Grounders are still coming after us. We tell everyone else to pack what they can carry and leave.

And of course that's where I wake up. I hope it doesn't take another month before I know what happens. I'm guessing we're in for quite a ride.

Fuck sake, but dreams time jump like crazy.

Than ended up with me chopping off Uncle John's fingers.

I kinda felt bad about it when i woke up.

Dreams are too much! Being the chosen one, means I'm the heir to it, there's like a few girls in front of me, which means trying.

Also means people are out go get me, and I was found, my water was killed and I ran. I traveled, I still on the run, nothing like being hunted, right?

Oh well.

Off to work I go today.

Dreams within dreams. I kept having this nightmare about shadowy figures with no faces, barely any light and they keep getting closer. It's more than a little freaky.

I've been practicing more with my ability in my dreams. Apparently the more I use my ability the longer the day feels. I don't know if they were exaggerating, but it sounded like for every jump I make...it makes the day feel like an hour longer. So I made 32 jumps in my dream. Apparently the day was really, really long.

But good news. Supposedly WHERE I land I've gotten better at. Not the how I land yet. Also I figured out there's limitations to how far I can go forward or back in time. I'm limited to twenty-four hours unless I leap from. It takes a lot of energy but I can do it. My mom seems to think there's a reason I can't go forward or back more than twenty-four hours and I shouldn't do it. She thinks I could change too much. But dream me disagrees. I think it's less like a river and more that it occurs all at once, like a lake.

I was insistent on leapfrogging back in time to find out who was spying on and following V. Vanessa made me promise not to go without her.

I promised. But with the way I know I am? I don't think I listened.

I am happy to announce that after that dreadful experience last month several years of going back and forth, I finally decided to buy a boat.

I've named her The Temeraire, and the irony of naming her for a dragon that I had originally named for the ship is not lost on me.

I've spent the last couple weeks making sure she's seaworthy and decorating the cabin to my liking, and I think that she's finally ready to hoist the sails and head for open water.

Let’s see. Dream number three. I created jobs for us. PI business. First case is a missing girl. My part in this case? To go undercover. In a sorority. Just where I always wanted to be. Not. Cheering and hugging. And so much pink.

Girls night is code for drinking wayyyyy to much. For sorority girls they could drink. So not the torture fest I was imagining. I left to go snoop around and got caught. They didn’t seem mad though.

Turns out the sorority girls weren’t the killers. Bo went missing and I called Dyson. I knew I was outmatched. This fae was called a Kappa. Some Japanese fae that was completely hollowed out its victims. Gross. Dyson killed it. Weak spot? Tea pot like head. Seriously weird.

Just finished the sketches for the first group of Mythomagic figures and cards based off what I got from my dreams. There’s going to be of course the gods and goddesses and monsters - I really like the designs I came up with for Hades and Cerberus - but I’m also going to do some based off the other demigods in my dreams. Starting with the Hunters probably since they were the first ones I met. Well after Percy and Annabeth anyway.

You know those little ceramic houses people collect to make christmas villages to decorate with? Apparently they make Halloween versions of them, because Nico just bought every piece Micheals had and is busy trying to find outlets for them all in our living room.

How do you manage to lose an entire sibling in the craft store?

Could someone please explain people to me? Part of my closing tasks at the end of the night is cleaning the restroom. Which isn't a job anyone really likes to do, but has to be done. I've seen my share of weird things, like the one time I went in and someone completely TPed the bathroom (just. why?)

Last night, though, I went in and someone took the lining out of the trash can and filled it with empty packages that look like they were from the game shop a couple of doors down. And poured what looks like an entire energy drink out on top of it all. I... what? What was even the reason for any of that? Did they think a can of red bull was going to destroy the evidence for them?

How do you tell someone you are in love with that you still love them?

Bobo and I got home and some weird homeless looking guy was in our crack shack. Will-o'-the-wisp. What??? Okay. Fae world. I guess I shouldn't be that shocked. This guy supposedly knows things about Bo's parents but won't give it up until we get his stolen stuff back.

And we were almost shot trying to retrieve it. I'm in over my head in these dreams. Human in a fae world. Sidekick to a Succubus. What could go wrong? Bo nearly killed someone and turned on me when I tried to stop her. There's some guy can that remove his head. Repeat: Removed his freaking head.

It's not the money that's making me irritable about this. It's the fact that in order to find out if i want to listen and support your podcast I have to agree to support it financially before listening to the first half of the episode catalog because you moved them to Patreon.

I think the only good thing about this dream, was me kissing Jasper. Otherwise, everything else about it can go to hell. I'm really glad that my brothers are not like that here. That's one of the things that I look forward to when I wake up. The fact that neither of my brothers are dicks like they are in the dream world.

I'm going to go hug my brothers now. Especially when I know that neither of them like this bullshit either.

Also, finding cut off fingers is just ugh.

These dreams? They can go to hell. Just, no. I'm tired of them.

First, I get ignored by Atom thanks to my brother and his stupid rules. Second, I'm going to try and ignore the dream version of my brother. Jasper was dying and he threatened to kill him, if he wasn't already dead by the next day. So, I stayed back with Clarke.

Also, some kind of deadly fog tried to get into the drop ship. Luckily, none of it got on me but others said that it burned when it touched them.

Dream version of my other brother is a downright dick too. Had to try and keep him out of the drop ship. To keep him from killing Jasper. My brother was on a hunt, so he couldn't stop him.

Atom's dead. Jasper's alive. And dream me had her first taste of whiskey.

Tomorrow is National Video Game Day. It might not seem like a big deal to some people, but I intern at a video game company, so tomorrow we're gonna be celebrating, which will be fun. Not that my job is super difficult or anything to begin with, but it's gonna be even more laid back tomorrow.

I know all about the dreams, I've heard people talk about them on this network, finally I guess I join the club.

I dreamed that I lived on an island, called the Isle. It was horrible, dark, dank, and everything on it was awful. The food was all spoiled, had flies all over it, everything was bitter or just gross. The sad thing about it, everyone who lived there, acted like it was normal.

They thought it was alright to live that way, because they always have lived that way.


The thought of it all just grosses me out.

First? A stupid dream that could've given me a near concussion. No thanks. Dream me found a way to get that 130 year old escape pod down to Earth, though. Unfortunately, it was a bumpy landing. Actually, that's an understatement. It was a bit worse than a bumpy landing. But I found out who was waiting on the ground for me. Or why dream me went to the ground. All over a guy.

Also, what is with random objects showing up? Is that going to be a thing?

I'm not sure what to think of this newest dream. Both of my brothers here are complete and total dicks in the dream.

Johnny, you're not allowed to ever be like that.

Also, no. Anyone ever tries to lock me up anywhere and I will hit them so hard they see stars.

I got a PhD, which means every meeting I go to is a doctor's appointment!

Away from the Network, I don't use the twins' names, ages, or anything to identify them online. That's a decision Amycus and I made a long time ago, because the girls' digital footprint should be entirely theirs when they're old enough to have them. Not something their friends can google when they're teenagers to find embarrassing stories about them later on.

So if I have to mention them at all, I call them Thing One and Thing Two. Before anyone says anything, the girls know this and they're okay with this, except that they disagree on who is one and who is two. Our animals, however? I've got their pictures and names. The dogs, the cat, and the horses.

I had a fan on twitter today ask me what species Thing One and Thing Two are, and I'm just at a loss of words on how to handle this. I finally said my kids, and apparently they now think I have pet goats?

Well my dreams just keep getting more and more insane as well as awkward. For one thing, Finn and Bellamy men are idiots; especially when they're teenagers. They really make the dumbest decisions. Other than that, we found out that on the Ark they're planning on killing 300 people to conserve oxygen so we need to let the Ark know that we're alive somehow. So that they'll know Earth is habitable. We end up shooting up rockets and hope that we're not too late.

The way these dreams are going, I'll be very surprised if we end up doing it in time. It's just hard to stay optimistic with these dreams.

After a few days of having Cesare looking at us like we betrayed him by bringing another puppy in the house, we gave my dad a golden retriever for Father's Day yesterday. I know I know, you're never supposed to give anyone an animal as a present without discussing it with them first. But. It's been awhile since Sunny passed, and I knew how much she meant to him. And.. it felt right. And I am really, really glad we did it. You can tell while he was in no way expecting it, that he was a good surprise. Ziggy's going to miss his playmate I know, but it's not like we're not going to take the boys to go visit him.

Dreams can go to hell. I don't like waking up feeling like I'm falling or that I can't breathe. Though, the not breathing comes in the shape of waking up in a damn spacesuit. To hell with that. Though, I guess it's safe to say I got that stupid 130 year old escape pod working. Dream me is just afraid of what they're going to do to Abby over the whole ordeal.

Also, whoever this Nygel person is in my dreams, she's a real bitch.

I had a sleepover with my little cousin last night.

We decided to watch Mulan, so I was in the kitchen with Laurel making popcorn and getting drinks as I was singing, "I'll make a man out of you."

Suddenly Olivia runs in, hand on hip and yells at me. "MAL, STOP TRYING TO MAKE A MAN OUT OF MOMMY!"

Most people like to start their school year off buying new art supplies. I mean.. I guess I do too, being that I'm an art student. But I like to end the school year getting to buy supplies I haven't tried yet, because I'm going to have time to just experiment with them and maybe try new techniques without it affecting anyone but me. And Nefertiti, who has decided to claim one of my brushes as her own permanently. Don't worry, it's clean. I'd never give her one with paint of any sort on it.

So the three of us decided since we have a pool, maybe we should use it and invite everyone over to celebrate surviving finals. Nico's going to be cooking, but if anyone wants to bring any sides or snacks, feel free. Not this Saturday, but next Saturday, starting at roughly noon?

Also be aware that Ziggy loves to swim and will shake his fur at you. Maybe bring some extra towels.

Like anyone would have to twist my arm to use this thing. Kind of the highlight of my day when I'm not pestering the big grumpy bear. Something that he'll just have to get the hell over and he knows it. He loves me anyway.

Also, getting a bit bored. Might decide to head out on a midnight hike.

So what is this new astrological sign nonsense? One of my friends from high school just posted about it on Facebook and this is the first I'm hearing about it. Personally, I have no intention of being anything other than a Leo even if it is a fire sign and I'm the son of Poseidon.

More dreams last night. Thank God. I thought maybe I was dead after that last bunch.

Nope. Just unconscious. I think I missed something huge because I wake up in the dreams and end up wandering the halls naked on some ship in a weird suit thingie with leaking hoses. I keep yelling Rey's name every time I wake up what is up with that

Turns out a big fight went down with the First Order and then we jumped to lightspeed. I guess we lost our secret base? And Rey, you're not there. Where are you?

Nearly six months I go without a Dream. I thought I was done with the fucking things, but no, now I get to wake up smelling like a goddamn house fire. I think I might've inhaled a fair amount of smoke, too.

God, would it ever be nice if these things would just leave me alone already.

It's coming up on a year since I made the move here. It doesn't seem that long as it truly feels like the move was just yesterday.

Time really does fly as you get older.

Summer's just starting and I'm already bored. Anyone got any recommendations? Nothing physical. I don't do sports or anything like that. Books, music, movies, shows to binge, foods to cook. Stuff like that.

So since my last dream I've received two items from them. A trinket that Finn made me as well as the wrist cuffs we were all wearing. Murphy helped me get it off the other day so now I have my cuff, on my nightstand, just trying to figure out what to do with it. What does everyone do with the things they get from the dreams?

Speaking of the dreams, I had another one last night. This one jumped back and forth between when my dad found out that the ARK was low on oxygen and us on the ground. Long story short, I saved Jasper's life, had to kill someone else. Found out that we now have to deal with acid fog and came to terms with the fact that it wasn't Wells who turned my father in and got him floated, but my mother. Wells was protecting me from the truth the whole time.

A little birdie told me this is a good place to meet people.
