The Metropolitan Museum of Art apparently has an obelisk which we were going to use to open a portal. Or, well, Sadie and Carter were going to. The carriers showed up. The cats did a pretty good job...and cars. Oh, but my combat avatar is beautiful and terrifying. But then Serqet showed up. So I don't know what's going to happen, but I told Sadie and Carter to leave and find the pyramid and that I'd take Serqet.

Has anyone else ever tried bullet journaling? I generally consider myself an organized person, but I can't resist trying new things. I have to say, I think I'm becoming more productive since starting it. That said, it's only been a week, so I suppose time will tell.

Given that it's now the eleventh, back home, I feel like I can make this announcement now.

In honor of Nation Coming Out Day, I have decided to open up a shelter for LGBTQ youth who have been kicked out of their homes. For the past few weeks, I have been working with my mother, who will personally run the establishment, to locate a building and make sure that it is all set up for its opening, today.

That being said, I will be out of town for a week as I will be checking it out, and to spend time with some of the kids that will be living there.

Hopefully, now, that it is up and running, things will calm down.

Okay. So my kickass friend scored two tickets to the Bear vs Shark reunion tour in two weeks but now has to bail because of some family stuff. Anyone want to take me up on going? They're weird, and there's some yinging, not even gonna lie...but this is the opportunity of a lifetime! LIFETIME people.

Tonks, by the way! In case you don't know me. I technically signed up for this thing ages ago, but I mostly use the internet as a way to find books and music.

I heard some hipsters talking about a program they found that guides them through writing their own 8 bit video games. It's the first time I've been jealous of a hipster. I wonder what kinds of video games people are out there writing. Honestly, I bet there are some really creative ones out there.

I found out I'll have practice on Halloween. :( But! We're welcome to come to practice in a costume that we can dance in. I'm thinking of going as a cat because then I can keep my black leotard and just add cat ears and draw on whiskers.

This is the first time one of my dreams has taken place outside of Camelot. I dreamt that we went with Merlin to visit his hometown so that we could help fight off a group of bandits that were stealing their crops and putting their survival at risk. I thought dreaming of somewhere else would be a relief, but it wasn’t - it was just odd.

I think I'm going to give out candy this year. Usually I'm stingy because I hate dealing with judgmental parents (you don't know how many parents have stopped to tell me that palmistry goes against the bible) and the kids have to go without candy because of it, but I've decided to grin and bear it this year because I want to see cute little tots in even cuter costumes. I have a soft spot for kids on Halloween.
