Mom and Dad have been loving their first trip out to the West Coast. Mom has been out to the beach almost every day and Dad even enjoyed the visit to Disneyland. Seeing them really hit home how much I missed them and I'm kind of sad that they're leaving on Saturday.

I've also been continuing the hunt for a new roommate. There have been a few that seemed somewhat decent and some that were...a bit kooky. But I'm holding out hope that I find a good fit soon.

I can hardly wait for the 16th. Christine and I get out of here and get our lucky butts to Paris. Paris, where, as far as I know, there aren't any monsters roaming the streets. Très formidable!

Anybody else ever have a dream about food and then wake up and that's literally all you can think about? That's me and tacos right now.

Dream me apparently likes Claire living in the house because she made tacos for dinner - as opposed to Shane's nuclear chili.

Mom and Dad have bought their tickets and will be here in just over a month. I've missed them since moving out here and mom is really excited to go to the beach.

Does anyone have any recommendations for places they should see?

With school being over, the time comes once again for a summer job. Finding one is such a pain though! Why is it that half of the jobs listed say Entry Level, but still require like 3 years of experience?! I think they need to look up the definition of Entry Level Position.

I have decided to open up another store, in New York City. I will be gone for the next few days to look at locations.

maybe I will look at apartments there, too

Expansion is new territory for me but it can't hurt to try.

I'm so glad I only have one more final. This first year was tough but I made it through with all of my limbs and most of my sanity in tact.

Possible unpopular opinion time. Kim K's ass looked like a disco ball at the Met Gala last night. I don't understand how anyone can think that looks good? Also, not a fan of Beyonce's latex dress. I know everyone else thinks they both slayed last night, but I'm not drinking the Kool-aid. I thought Claire Danes' dress was amazing though! I mean, it was a ball gown that lit up! now that is slaying!
