My first Christmas as a married man is pretty great. Having a wife to decorate the house with, just sit in the dark and cuddle under the lights of the Christmas tree. Katherine St John has made me go soft as a marshmallow.

I do so love when astronomical events occur, such as the Great Conjunction tonight as it's the first time in 800 years that Jupiter and Saturn will be this close and also visible from Earth as the last time, the glare from the sun's position impacted visibility.

Anyone who thinks that Die Hard is not a Christmas movie is wrong.

It's always amazing how quickly Christmas sneaks up on us.

I have no plans other than Midnight Mass and catching up on some work. I'm looking forward to having some downtime.

Best part of this time of year? No school. There's all sorts of time for sleeping in and gaming.

The barista accidentally made my coffee wrong and added peppermint shots to it. I didn't realize until I was back at the hospital.

I'm not even mad about it and now I feel like I've been missing out on something. Too bad I didn't try this magical drink before now.

I love how Alice and I look like we're going to vastly different Christmas parties. She's in like... three layers of clothes before her dress even starts and looks like an extra from A Christmas Carol. Meanwhile I look like I'm in that one scene from Mean Girls.
