Somehow I don't think descending into a labyrinth that we have no control over seems like the best idea. It's really the only idea, though. I mean, this thing is alive and we're just barreling in like it's nothing.

I'm just really happy I have homework to distract me.

Hey, did anyone else hear about the underwater city they found off the coast of Egypt? Pretty amazing stuff, if I do say so myself.

So I have an assistant now. A real, live, actual assistant. Someone to help me keep track of my meetings, to order parts, to file patent applications and do follow-ups. It's pretty amazing to have someone helping me with all of this. I'm getting so much more done now!

...it's only been a week. Where has this been all my life!?!

One of the local movie theaters is going to be doing a special showing of Rocky Horror Picture Show on Halloween, and I’ve always wanted to go SEE it in an actual theater! I’ve also always wanted to be IN it. So… I signed up to be part of the shadow cast. I’m sharing the part of Columbia with a few other people, but I’ll be playing her from Toucha-Touch-a through Planet Schmanet, Janet. Mainly because this is my first time doing it, and a pink wig, mickey ears, and pjs is the simplest costume I could ever hope to make. Maybe next year I can plan ahead for her sequined outfit so I won’t have to sit out Time Warp.
