Well, I'm choosing to focus on the positives of my dreams. No one has tried to kidnap or kill me and I got to dance with Melissa's cute cousin. So that is at least something less terrible. Yes, Cassie almost got kidnapped and Jake is a witch hunter, but good points. I am going to focus on neither of those things.

At least things are calmer today. Hopefully we can go back to some semblance of normalcy for a little while now. At least Ahsoka will be okay

So I'm guessing the lack of weirdness means that we're done now?

At least for the most part all I had to deal with was weird weather and my gun shooting very small carrots. Hopefully we're free for a while, but with Halloween coming up, I bet that's a no.

It feels nice to be finally working again. Even if I am still getting a bit of side-eye. I was a little worried that it might be a little difficult to get back into things after so long, but I feel like I've never left.

Okay, seriously. Is there anywhere around here that doesn't see destruction on the regular? Construction and home repair is probably the most booming business around here.

So it seems we're back to normal? It makes me wonder what weirdness we're going to see next. Not that I'm asking for it.

I have to say, I did not miss this insanity while I was away

Thank god, I was saved from crazy Maureen. Sure, it was by Raphael and sure, he only did it cause he wants me to talk to the Inquisitor on behalf of the Night Children, but at least I got out of the cage she was keeping me in. I agreed to what Raphael wanted and he opened a portal to Idris where the others were. When I arrived, Izzy found me and brought me back to her family's home there. She let me borrow some of Alec's clothes since Maureen had made me wear this romance novel outfit and Alec came in while we were joking about it and caught us in a slightly awkward position and freaked out a little since it was his room he found us in, but we quickly moved past that cause Alec told us that the group who went to help the Iron Sisters was returning and that included Jace and Clary and when I asked Izzy why she didn't tell me that Clary went, she got mad and took her necklace back, which she'd given me as protection and then we headed to the Basilias where the rescue party was. Raphael tried to talk to me again, but once I saw Clary, whatever he was trying to tell me didn't matter cause she looked like she was near death.

Of course I woke up here. Like, sure dreams, show me my best friend practically dying and then don't tell me what happens. It's just like the dreams to do something like that.

Most of the time my cat sits around looking grumpy and doesn't make too much noise, but every now and then he wanders around the house crying as if he doesn't know we're right in the next room. However then he comes into a room one of us are in and he stops and then just walks away. There is never a dull moment with cats, is there?
