I can't believe Halloween is just around the corner! My apartment looks like Halloween town threw up in there (Sorry R). I've just got to put the finishing touches on my costume and carve some pumpkins!

What's everyone dressing up as?

So yeah, all right. I've never really done the Halloween thing, but when in Rome, yes?

For All Hallow's Eve, the club will be having a sort of to-do. Come in costume, listen to some spooky sorts of music. Have some creepy drinks. There will be non-alcoholic spooky drinks for those under twenty-one, as well.

I just completely embarrassed myself. Luckily I didn't have any witnesses since I was alone in my apartment. So I could do the sensible thing and keep it to myself. Or I could talk about it on the network. I'm apparently a glutton for punishment, so guess which one I've picked?


I tried to pay my credit card bill, and for some reason the password wouldn't take. None of my usual passwords took, and I couldn't figure out what I set it as. Because I don't usually change from them unless a website's made me. I tried to get it to let me reset my password, and it doesn't recognize my email at all. I start to get worried that maybe someone's hacked my account, or I've gone to a phishing site by accident and now someone's going to hack my account. So I went to grab my wallet to call the company.


I got my card out and… my card is for a different company than the one I was trying to pay on. I don't even have a card for that company at all.


The cherry on top? I'd already scheduled a payment for this month, so I didn't even need to go through any of this at all.

I know that it's October and what I’m about to say is probably considered blasphemy to some people. I apologize in advance. But I think the whole Pumpkin Spice trend might have gone a little bit too far. I know that most people like the coffee, and there are air fresheners and candles. But there are certain things that don't really need to be holiday flavored. ...Cheerios are one of them. They're a breakfast cereal, they don’t need to be a special fall edition. People are going to buy them anyway because they have to eat breakfast, and Cheerios are less likely to burn than poptarts or frozen waffles.


Maybe I should just be glad they aren't maple bacon. And also try to convince Dad that I really really am fine doing the grocery shopping without any help.

Screw these dreams. I'm going to stay in bed for the rest of the day, and watch something awesome on Netflix.

Now that's not even fair! Kirk and I were just at the storage unit we use for band practice and we both had PokemonGo open and both getting the same ones when Meowth pops up for him and not me. That's it, that damn cat has it in for me. I know it!

So, Google, Wikipedia and Wookiepedia are kinda a rabbit hole of information with Star Wars. There's SO MUCH.

I don't even...I'm just trying to understand it all, even after we marathoned those movies a while back. Which, by the way, was INSANE. I can live without a blaring opening fanfare for a little.

But. It seems Stormtroopers are some sort of...cool thing? They're everywhere. There are actual legions.

And apparently, they dance.
