My dream co-workers have apparently taken an interest in my love life. One of them kept trying to set me up with random guys at this retro bar, and then called me picky when I didn't want anything to do with any of them. They just weren't my type, but apparently I'm a sucker for guys that 'lack' confidence and say champagne wrong.

Note to self, pity sex is not the way to go and never date a dude that calls himself The Zapper.

I really hope this snow stops soon, Jeremy and I are supposed to be flying to the UK tonight for Christmas with my family. I remember a couple of years ago the snow cancelled my flight, if it happens again my mum is going to think we're cursed or something.

So.....

I woke up this morning to get ready for my final and there was a small green creature staring at me. I was just about to scream and scramble, but then I realized it's my chameleon, Pascal, from my dreams! I can't believe he's here and he's just as cute as I remember.

He's currently in my backpack because I didn't have time to do anything else with him and I don't want to leave him alone in my apartment. So, now I have to ask, does anyone know how to take care of a chameleon??

Also, hair update: Definitely growing. It's a lot longer then it was at the beginning of the month and I'm a little scared to cut it.

The only good thing about Christmas? Eggnog.

I'm trying to be in the spirit for Grams, but it's just really hard this year.

What I really want for Christmas is way more complicated than any gift card.

My holiday plans got dashed, so except for the company holiday party I'm going to stay by my lonesome.

What is everyone else planning? And is everyone safe and sound? It looks like it's a blizzard out there!

Tickets are still on sale for my holiday music show on December 24th at The Observatory! It will be an all ages show and all proceeds will go to local music programs for under privileged children.

Just when I thought I got rid of the kid, I get a phonecall from Chris saying he's coming down for Christmas. So I guess this means I'm spending Christmas with my kid brother after all.

He's coming down on Saturday and staying for a week, which means the east coast Orcot family also learned the meaning of "advanced notice." Kind of. It's better than finding out the day before/day of at least.

I've got like two days to figure out what costume I'm wearing to Star Wars.
