I tried to bake tonight. The only thing I've ever tried to bake before was C4. This was an attempt at a cake.

It didn't end well.

I was asked by my employers to "share my knowledge" with the general public. Apparently I cannot simply hide in my office all the time, I need to "contribute" more.

That means that tomorrow I've been called upon to do an ArtStop. Fifteen minute presentations on one to three pieces of art.

Blake, I think. For mine.

Standing in front of a crowd and speaking for fifteen minutes is not my idea of "fun". Even if I like the topic.

They want to tape it.

I need to practice. Apparently I mumble.

How do you tell your dad that you don't wanna do Thanksgiving with him and his new girlfriend without having to explain that it's not actually about him dating another woman only just older than his daughter and really because you're mad at him for ruining the Nation that you'll one day rule in a mystical dream world that potentially doesn't even exist?

I need to give him an answer by Friday. My brain hurts.

So, I had one of those dreams everyone is talking about the other night. I'm a wizard and it turns out that Remus is too and he told me about this Wizarding school and I was pretty jealous, cause I wanted to dream about a school for Wizards and last night, I dreamt about getting my acceptance letter. Turns out, all wizards get one when they're eleven and the school is called Hogwarts and the letter is delivered by an owl. How cool is that? Mail delivered by an owl! I can't wait to dream about actually getting there.

Anyone have any Thanksgiving plans yet?

I'm quite sure everyone is planning Thanksgiving without us, so what do you say to our own party.

I'm thinking of organizing a toy drive for Christmas this year.

Would anyone on the network like to help out?
