Today was completely crazy. And I can't remember ever feeling this overwhelmed with any feeling in my life.

Our baby was born. On Sharon's behalf, I want to say that we're beyond happy to finally meet our little girl. Viviana Margaret Carter - du Vallon. She was born at 6:22pm, and she's 19.2 inches and 6.8 pounds, and she's perfect.

I've never felt so in love in my life.

And Sharon's doing well. And thank you to everyone that was there through it all. I'm so glad to know she's already so loved by everyone.

I had some very interesting dreams last night. I guess it had to happen sooner or later, I was actually hoping for later rather than sooner. Or you know, never at all.

why do i feel a need to defend an idiot friend who causes me nothing but trouble? i should let him crash and burn.

I got irrationally pissed off at a store for not having red velvet oreos on Lina's behalf. heh

I'm now among one of the many dreamers on this network. I have to admit, I thought it was some strange sort of mass hysteria. But River had the same dream and she never even mentioned it until after I brought it up.

Well. That went well. I won my match at the cost of use of my arm. For some time. Goodness next time people should just drag me out of the ring when I look injured and ignore it. After all my years I've never broken a bone until Friday - my humerus is broken and needed some pins to hold together, I tore my rotator cuff and had a blood clot. But it could have been worse.

I am, of course, refusing pain medications. I simply detest them. Although the lack of using my arm is already driving me batty. And I'm incredibly thankful for voice to text and my dear Alucard.
