So after four months of no dreams, I just woke up from one. It was my nineteenth and Brian refused to do anything to celebrate, because he said birthdays weren't an accomplishment and he didn't like celebrating things that weren't accomplishments. He called birthdays sentimental rituals, which he didn't do. I mean, he almost killed himself on his thirtieth birthday, but that was more cause he was afraid of getting old. Anyway, so Melanie and Lindsay were determined to do something for me and they had tickets to this violin recital and convinced me to go. The violinist was actually a guy who went to my school and he was pretty cute. Told me that I had distracted him cause of my staring. When I got home, Brian had a surprise for me, which for a moment I thought was going to be an actual gift or something, but it turned out, he got me a hustle. Romantic, right? Part of me gets why my dream self is in love with him, but there's no denying that he's an asshole. He might do nice things sometimes and he saved my life, but in the long run he's an asshole.

The other thing that happened in the dream, was that I found out that me and Michael's boyfriend Ben have the same birthday. That didn't go much better than my birthday though.

I can only imagine what's gonna happen next since it's clear that I'm crushing on Ethan, the violinist, and he likes me too.

Now that I've surprised my family (sorry guys but seeing the look on your faces when I turned up back home was worth it.) I can say it out in the open.

I'm back! Man I should have moved back home sooner. I enjoy the Big Apple in the fall but the winter? Not so much. Plus I get to have mom's cooking more often. And she's insisting on dinner tonight which I tried to talk her out of cooking and letting me take her out but her and dad wouldn't have it.

I don't start my job out here for two weeks so I want to catch up with everyone I haven't seen in awhile!

It looks like the wait is harder the second time around. Even though it felt impossible the first time too but it seems like I had more willpower back then. I wasn’t able to wait to find out. Of course Edward didn’t have a problem finding out either.
