Caspian, Lucy and I are making Easter dinner for the first time tomorrow. The past years were spent at mine and Lucy's parents' house, but seeing as they're back in England, this year the three of us are on our own. I don't think we'll have too many problems; after all, Caspian and I have been living on our own for some time now and neither of us have burnt down a kitchen or starved. Shopping today was an adventure though. Some people act as if they're stocking up for the apocalypse instead of food shopping for a holiday.

The ER is deceptively quiet tonight, so what am I doing at my station? Putting together Nessie's Easter Basket. In the break room I have her easter eggs that I am going to dye. All the nurses think it's sweet, the doctors think I'm crazy, but I'll do anything for my little Princess.

Rebekah, Stefan, I have some Easter presents from Natty, can I drop them off later today, or do you all have plans? I need to talk to Stefan about some things anyway. Better to do in person.

This egg-hiding thing is quite amusing. Dior's reactions are well worth the effort!

I'd say happy Easter but it looks like pretty much everyone else already has, so instead I'll go right to it.

I had the weirdest dreams last night! I dreamt about my childhood, but it wasn't really my childhood. I mean, it was, but it was strange and disoriented and my dad died (for the record, he is still definitely alive). And then I dreamt that I died - well, I was murdered, on this cruise ship, getting ice for my ginger ale - and then. And then I dreamt that I was brought back from the dead and there was all this detective stuff going on to find my murderer.

And! Pie Guy! I mean Ned! You were there. In a weird, complicated messed up way.

So what've you lot been up to since I've been gone?

I want to take self-defense classes. I'm already pretty good with a gun, but I want to learn more. Does anyone teach that?

Well it's out of my hands now.

My project has officially been completed and released to the companies it was promised to. If the limited release goes well, there will be a wide release later in the year, provided we can get production costs down by that time.

I feel like a mother bird watching her hatchling stretch its wings and fly out of the nest for the first time. Proud, but also anxious.

I've noticed quite a few musical and theatre type people in the network, lately, and I had something of a thought. If enough people are interested, I thought it might be interesting to have a bit of a showcase of local talent. If you play an instrument or sing, you're welcome to do that. If you'd like to perform a monologue, or find a partner and do a scene, you are invited to do so.

There will likely be some sort of audition process, once I see how many people would be interested in such a thing. Please let me know here, so I can get a tally started.
