That was a hell of an earthquake yesterday. I guess that's something I'll have to get used to now that I'm living in California.

At least the ash is gone. The hospital seems to be returning to normal.

So...this dream thing. It's real, isn't it? I mean, we never had this bad of a volcanic explosion or earthquake really in the heart of Japan.

I just had mine. Well, two of them, back to back. I'm not even human in mine. Something called a Saiyan. Anyone know what that is?

It seems only fitting that I start dreaming again after all this craziness is finally wrapped up. In my dreams I've finished up travelling with the Doctor, finally met Martha, and now I've decided to join UNIT (United Nations Intelligence Taskforce) to combat the kind of things that Torchwood and the Doctor fight against. It is basically just live living here in the OC, but apparently after a while of that Martha and I decided that we wanted to do our own thing and went freelance. I don't think I would have ever predicted this kind of life for myself at the beginning of the dreams, but it really seems to fit now.

I am so completely over these dreams. It's been FOREVER since I had any and suddenly I woke up today with a freaking sword at the foot of the bed.

The same old vampire drama was going on and my dream self is still an absolutely horrible person along with my brothers. I also apparently have an urge to try and lead a normal life because I've decided to enroll in high school. What the hell.

But the dream that brought about the sword started was a mixture of flashbacks to 1100 AD about some man I was in love with that wanted to hunt and kill my entire family. But apparently there's a cure for vampirism that they may know about. The sword that appeared is a key in finding this cure.

Why do things have to get strange again?

In honor of this craziness being over and everyone who fought against the orcs and trolls or whatever the hell was out there I would like to extend this offer:

FREE MEAL AT GRANNY'S - just mention Valar to your waiter/waitress and your meal will be on the house. It's the least I can do for everyone on this network.

And I just want to say that I am so glad I can go outside once again. I hate being cooped up for too long. My birthday is coming up next week (!!) and I've been trying to come up with some fun ideas of what to do for it, so at least I was able to get some of that accomplished.

But now I have to work extra hard with my new trainer for my new movie role since I ate way too many sweets during this. Stress eating is not okay.

Oh. My. God.

THIS MAN spent $35,000 to transform his house into a cat paradise for his EIGHTEEN cats. It is beautiful, but absolute madness.

I mean, don't get me wrong, I love my cats, but I would never spend that much on them. I am almost tempted to call up the company that helped him do this and get a few things installed in my house, but I certainly won't be doing it to this extent.

I've decided to travel the universe with my amazing husband, Jim. Second star to the right, and straight on 'til morning. To boldly go where no one has gone before. I'm going to miss it here, but my passion, my life, and my love is out there.

Well, shit.

Now that the fun's over I guess I'll have to deal with real life again. Here's hoping we get orcs again sometime soon. I don't even mind that I got shot with an arrow and sliced a few times.
