It's weird; my dreams barely involve me. They're mostly dreams of me reading a book about people who sacrificed their lives to stop eldritch horror gods from invading the Earth. Same shit, different day. except I wake up half insane and screaming, but no big. and the hallucinations and the voices. Fun fact: Charlemagne was killed by an elder god. The more you know.

Has anyone ... learned things from their dreams?

Го́споди. The dream I had last night is almost enough to make me go to church, and I can't remember the last time I went. I dreamt vividly, like the people who post on the network do. Every sight, sound and colour was there, as if I could touch it and breathe in the sickly odor of decay.

I was eighteen, growing up in Russia, with two sisters - the same as always. But at a party, I met him. The liar, the manipulator, the one who charmed my eighteen year old self into sleeping with him and then turned it ugly. Not violent ugly. Betrayal ugly. It was a betrayal, that I can see from this vantage point, but I know my dream self will be very angry in twenty years. Call it a hunch.

I saw us making love more than once, with his sweet little nothings and my borderline slavish acceptance. It was demeaning; I'd never bend that way for a man now. But then he told me what the price would be, and my stupid little self accepted it. It makes me angrier than anything. Working for the KGB for the price of getting off? That's a bondage I won't accept, here or in any lifetime.

Fairly certain I had one of those dreams everyone talks about. Either that or I'm just having extremely odd dreams now.

I was a nurse at a hospital back home and watching over some coma patients; however, I had started seeing these coma patients outside of the hospital when I knew that was impossible. I took photos of them with my cell phone to try and show the doctors, but before that happened I was told to take a break. I was also dating this Scottish girl named Amy and I ran into her in the park with this man who called himself The Doctor. I don't know what he was supposedly the doctor of, but Amy seemed to know him and it turned out that there was an alien race orbiting the Earth, looking for another alien. In the end, The Doctor defeated the aliens or got them to leave or something and that was that.

Oh and I also found the phone from my dreams next to my current phone. Is that also a thing that happens? Mad dreams and random objects showing up? How is that even possible?

Looking at these pictures from Cairo are intriguing. Egypt is certainly not a place you think of it snowing and the fact that it did is rather amazing. 112 years with no snow. The Sphinx covered in snow is definitely something I never thought I'd see.

On another note, I'm glad the full moon will be before Christmas. It would be unfortunate if the full moon was on Christmas Eve or Christmas.
