I kind of miss going back to school time. I still get myself new pens and pencils and notebooks and this year, I got myself a freakin' steampunk iPhone dock. Yeah. That's a real thing, and the UPS person is going to bring it to me.

SO FRIGGIN' EXCITED.

It's almost enough to make me wish I could enroll in a Ph.D program!

Maybe getting out more isn't the worse thing ever.

So people of the Net, do blondes really have more fun as they say? Because I'm starting to think it's time for a new hair color. Dumb blonde jokes get old after a while.

Vacation over. I have to say Rome was rather pleasant as were the women for whoever suggested it. It was almost as good as London but not as good as Barcelona. Have to say being back in the States is good for when you just want a cheeseburger and a coke. The best food contribution we ever made to the world.

Dad's on a hunting trip, and he hasn't been home in a few days.

When did I get so pale?

I mean. I've never been tan or anything, but this is a whole new level of pale. Not cool.

My summer session is a little more than halfway over and I'm really glad I decided to sign up for a few early classes. I would have gone crazy waiting for the end of September. UCI starts a lot later than my old school did.

Of course, between classes and my internship, I've been a little busy, but I kind of like it.

If you haven't lately, you should come down to The Red Raven Club. Not to toot my own horn, but it's the best club in Orange County.
