I haven't dreamed those kinds of dreams in a long time. I just keep dreaming the old ones on a loop. It's weird, usually I can dream pretty lucidly - change things around if I want to - but not those. In those I always get a crappy ending.

And I figure: maybe this place, these bodies, maybe reincarnation's a real, vivid thing for us. Maybe we get a chance to make things better here.

Summer is going by too fast. Can we just live at the beach until school starts?

Dad, would you teach me how to drive? I know it's weird, and my birth certificate says I'm not old enough, and I don't really even want to drive yet, but you never know when I might need to know how.

Well my first week of being an intern over summer went well. I am set up on the computer and their systems and am shadowing one of the lawyers. It is very interesting and I am glad it is re-affirming that I am on the correct career path.

I probably should mention that come November my television show will be finished. It is a project I am really proud of and love all the support I have gotten from my fans. They truly are the best. The producers want to go out on top instead of dragging it out till interest wanes in the show. No worries though because I have a new project in the works already though I can't really tell you what outside it's time to take my career to the movie screen.

I think I may need a hobby. University is over for the summer and I am already going a little stir crazy. I maybe need a project or something to be working on. Any suggestions would be gratefully received.

Summer bucket lists are overrated. They are always boring and read like: go to the beach, have a summer fling, go on a trip, be lazy. Yawn. I have to admit I am already looking forward to fall and college. Because honestly, there a lot of people that should not be walking around in swimsuits and shirtless.

I hate dogs.

It seems my family is blossoming more rapidly than I'd expected upon moving out here. Taking in a teenager goes through phases of being a wise and a poor choice (Adam, I know you make it difficult on purpose, so don't even pretend to be offended). And we've got a dog.

A dog that seemingly has come out of nowhere.

Fortunately, he dwells downstairs. Extra fortunately, as I'm fairly certain when he looks at me, he knows how this dreaming business is seeping into every day life.

It's been a month, and I feel like just being honest.

Is there anyone else who doesn't really care about the Royal Baby? Or should I say #RoyalBaby? That's all I'm seeing on Facebook this morning. I think people are abusing the hash tag.

So apparently living with a gorgeous guy has kick started my writing back up again. If only I had known this sooner. I've written four chapters since moving some of my stuff in, I can't help thinking something will go wrong. I'm far too happy.

Wow, first days, huh? I only got lost two times, and both those times were just trying to find the bathroom which they really didn't put in a real good place, so I don't think that one's on me, okay?

Real friendly people though! Everyone kept waving their arms when I drove in this morning. Funny story, I didn't actually drive on the driveway. The good news is the koi pond wasn't too deep, and no fish died so.

I just woke up. At my desk.

I have been sleeping all day after a pot of coffee this morning.

I swear to God, when I find out who did it I will be setting up a goddamned guillotine.

Only two more classes and my summer class is over. I can't wait for a two and a half week vacation. I took one week off work too.

Why is finding decent men so damn difficult? I don't know where to look anymore.

Bear Grylls' wife probably deserves some sort of reward for copulating with a man who is basically known for drinking his own urine. I don't think I could make out with someone, knowing that he thought urine was a viable beverage option.

Filming on my latest movie is rapidly moving forward. We've shot in Prague, London, and in Death Valley. One more trip afar looms next month, to Tokyo, then it's back here to Orange County to shoot the rest of the scenes. It's weird filming a fictionalized version of part of my own life. And weirder yet knowing that the science fiction put in it is not even close to how crazy the real events were.

Somehow, life seems to be settling down again in the wake of so much wildness. After the Husks and Las Vegas, it felt like things wouldn't get normal again, but, they have. And being around people I care about, with a wife who makes me happy, doesn't hurt either.

I like being able to help people in my current job, and I think I will enjoy it as long as I can.

Lots of talk of people going places. Guess it's that's time of year, at any rate, but who doesn't enjoy a summer get away. I get to back home myself for a couple of weeks come August. Should be a good time, cousin's getting married and I know we'll get up to no good.

Can't wait, got the tickets today.

It's weird dreaming of that other world, and then remembering things that the other me did, as if they were my own memories. It feels... very... unreal, and yet... almost like they were just things I forgot. Sometimes, I feel like I should accept them, but sometimes... I get angry and I want to like... fight them. I just don't know how.

What I got from the conversation my Dad gave me permission to get a tattoo. It took him about an hour of nonstop talking to get around to it sounding like a yes.
