I know they say blondes have more fun but, so far, all I've done is stare into the mirror and swish my head around. To be fair, it is fun, but I kinda don't think that's what the saying meant.

Questions for the people who might know more about history than me.

1) Was there ever an Imperial Ballet in Warsaw? I wouldn't actually think so, given that I don't think it was a big deal of a city in the Russian Empire.

2) Was there ever a country called Bohemia?

I think I missed Canada Day. Fuck.

I think my neighbor is a prostitute....or at least a high-class escort/call girl (what's the P.C. term now?). There have been some shady things going on. I'm tempted to put on my deerstalker become the neighborhood detective and go investigating. Wish me luck.

I'm really sad Mr. Spock doesn't talk anymore. He's still a wonderful parakeet but he was really funny when he knew English. I never knew that birds liked math!

We're setting up a big fireworks thing out at the ranch. Making arrangements so the animals aren't too close. But it should be pretty good. Gets real dark out there.

Okay, compadres, I took down six so far. Six of those big blue bastards, and they bleed like a punctured engine. Damn, but this is fun! I go out during the day with my shotgun and knife, then return to a smokin' hot lady friend at night. Rinse, repeat.

The chest can take a couple of hits before everything blows away, but if you wanna take 'em down fast, go for the fucking head. Hoo, boy, this is crazy-fun. Ain't like killing normal folks, neither, more like hunting game. I don't know what the bites do to ya, if you end up turning into one like in the movies, but I don't plan on finding out. Gonna head out now, have a little hunt and up my points.

I was told at work today that it's a rule to eat too much, drink even more, and blow up hundreds of dollars of fireworks on the 4th of July. I've got to admit it... you Americans really know how to celebrate! The people around my apartment have started early because I've been hearing all kinds of firecrackers and stuff. Either that, or it's gunshots.

I just saw Apple Jelly in the supermarket. Apple jelly. I've never seen it before. I mean, we always made our own sauce, jelly, preserves, cider, etc. Do people like this stuff? Has anyone else ever had it?

Also, the dreams last night made me really miss Applebloom. First we were supposed to be in this obstacle race for sisters. I was gonna run it with Sweetie Belle, but Rarity and I switched at the last second. It was a great way to bring the girls closer together again as sisters. And then Applebloom took some herb that made cutie marks appear all over her body. Taught us all an important lesson about honesty. (One I could have told her all along.)

I know it's early, but just in case I don't have a chance to pop on the computer over the next couple of days... ( Happy Fourth of July, Everyone! )

Pride was a lot of fun. All last month I kept waiting for something to happen to derail our plans, but I'm so happy that it ended up working out. I hope that everyone who went had a good time too. I don't know if I'm just getting too old to party like that or if it was just the fact that I barely slept all weekend, but I'm still exhausted and I slept on the flight back yesterday and most of the day after I got home. I definitely want to go back next year.
