Well, my evening was rather uneventful. Thank god. Then again, when are Wednesday evenings ever eventful? It's the middle of the week after all. Strangest thing though, when I woke up this morning I smelled burnt coffee and as I was leaving I found that it had come from two apartments down from mine. I wouldn't have thought it would be strong enough to smell from that far away.

Erm. Hello. My name is Athelstan. It was suggested I join this network. I'm twenty, into my first semester of an exchange at UCLA. I'm from the north of England. I went to an all boys' boarding school for seven years in a very small town, so I confess this place is still a bit intimidating.

I like to volunteer, to read and give back to the community. Recently the priest at my church gave a long homily on why same-sex marriage is against the will of God, however, and I'm not in agreement with that view. So if anyone could possibly recommend a Catholic church with a Father who has a different view, I would be grateful.

That is ... I do worship, I do believe in God, but I wouldn't ... I don't think anyone else's relationship with God is my business. Now that I've made an absolute fool of myself, I'll be off.

...Last night, I dreamt of tax collectors on Pluto. The Doctor and I stirred up a revolution, made them realise they could recolonise the Earth.

I would've liked to have avoided almost being steamed to death, but you can't have it all.

Well, now! How's 'bout this little freak show we got going on in here? I'm hearing all kinds of weird shit and I. am. curious.

I'm Merle Dixon. Little new to town. Any darlin' ladies care to show me the sights? C'mon, now, I don't bite.

Hello. My manager Ursule suggested I join this network. Professionally, I am known as Tina. I am a model, and I just came to this country from France to work in Los Angeles.

I never left France before, so I am both excited and nervous. If anyone can suggest things to see while I get settled here, that would be wonderful.

Is this some kind of sick joke? I wake up to a crown beside my bed after dreaming of.. Being a servant. And there was this sweet boy, Merlin.

And this pompous prince Arthur, and well. There was Morgana. And I was her servant. I don't really get my dreams. I blame the recent events and my mind trying to cheer me up.

But seriously. A crown?

Well... I guess sneaking into places and doing things performing vigilante duties are very common in my dreams. And the performing at a party.

Also. The Messiah? I still don't quite understand it all.

I have been so insanely busy lately I haven't had a single moment to myself. After the funeral I had to deal with the acquisition of the Ministries all while settling into my new life with Regulus. Luckily he has been a doll and helping me out with the move into his place and everything, but it's still been a lot. We haven't even had time to go on a honeymoon yet, but I'm hoping for a summer in the Bahamas. Hint, hint.

We are thinking about doing a small ceremony for friends and family in the coming weeks since no one got to witness our marriage as it was very last minute. It would be the Ministry's first wedding under the new management.

I haven't seen you in a while. Just please tell me you're alive out there somewhere.

So Valarnet. I've got a little project for us to organize here. I'm pretty sure most of us saw Scoot's post yesterday. If not, he's a really awesome kid who is going to be having surgery at the beginning of next month. I know it's kind of short notice, but I saw someone else mentioning setting up a care package for him, and I'm thinking we can add to that.

Having been there, where you can't really get up and do a lot of stuff, or are zonked out on pain meds to the point you're not doing a lot, it seems like the best thing to do is watch bad movies and I've got the impression he doesn't have a lot of those. Not to go giving out personal information but he's kind of lacking a lot of STUFF these days, and well.

I was thinking we could start up a bad movie collection to give Scoot something to do while he's recovering. Obviously, we're gonna need to coordinate so we don't end up with ten copies of The Incredible Mr. Limpet or something, and a place to drop them off, I'm thinking directly with his awesome girlfriend, but ideas? Thoughts? You can comment here if you'd like to help.

But let's give him an awesome recovery, yeah?

And the dreams are back. This one wasn't so bad. In fact it was kind of interesting. I wound up in a city called Gotham and there was an earthquake, which leveled most of it and it was cut off from everything else. I was working with a group of people to keep the citizens safe. I wound up saving the life of a man who was the Commissioner of the city then I became a super hero. They called me Batgirl.

The really strange part about the whole thing was that the woman who was in my dream, do I was working for, is the same woman I ran into while walking Ginger the other day. So now I'm not sure if it really was one of the dreams or just any other random dream.

Guys! I dreamed we were building a barricade, and I commandeered an OMNIBUS for the barricade.

And somehow managed not to get trampled in the process.

I'm not sure which is most impressive.

>> I dreamed of an attack on the barricade.
>> Bahorel was killed by a bayonet.
>> Courfeyrac and Gavroche would have been killed as well
>> had it not been for Marius, of all people.

>> He managed to chase away the remaining troops by threatening to set fire to a powder keg.
>> I must admit, I had not expected that he would end up showing so much dedication.

Alright, so last time I was on this thing, people told me to do this DVD VHS converter thing, and I think I broke one of my VHS tapes. It's fucking stupid, so I turned it off and watched some TMC instead. Clint Eastwood's always a good way to make a shit day better.

Netflix is a bit ridiculous, innit?

Spent hours watching documentaries about various Savannah residing animals, the various Titanic explorations and the builders of the pyramids.

Completely wrong on the last one, but enjoyable all the same.

Anthony is in Palm Springs for the weekend, leaving me all by myself in a brand new city. But when the cat's away, the mice will play, isn't that how the saying goes?

Though in this case, 'play' mostly likely means go to church on Sunday and find some place to have a really fantastic cheeseburger. I've no doubt he's indulging in all the foods he's not supposed to have while he's out of town, so I feel I might as well do the same.

That does mean, however, I need to find a 'burger joint', I think it's called, and a good Episcopalian church.

Any recommendations for either would be greatly appreciated.

Yours,
Arthur Fell-Crowley
