Has anyone invested in a business for cards and or gifts to cover specifically Orange County things?

Such as 'sorry I pulled a gun on you this morning, I didn't recognise you as a male' type things? Or really anything we have thrown at us.

I don't know what to say anymore I'm a terrible person I guess.

Well that isn't something I want to repeat in a hurry. Being stabbed hurts way more than you'd think it does.

But at least it was my left shoulder, I'd be going stir crazy if I couldn't write.

I'm quite glad that my sister never shagged anyone in my bed in real life like she did in the dreams. Honestly, when someone is letting you hide out in their flat, you don't repay them by shagging in their bed, Sarah! Then I had the police show up at my door again to question me about Sarah's "death" and just before that Allison decided to show up, sloshed.

Also, dream!Sarah is just as obnoxious as real Sarah. It would appear that both enjoy sticking their feet in my face while I'm trying to read.

So while this crazy storm kicks up, I'm taking solace in my house to keep up with the progress of the New Horizon project. Tomorrow is the closest fly by of the probe to Pluto and hopefully it should send back some great data about that little piece of rock I grew up with as a planet.

I also figure it would be a good time to try and write up some of my Dreams. Might help me keep some semblance of sanity. I hope.

I'm really glad Wimbledon is on at a reasonable time. It means I'm not losing too much sleep when I get up early to watch it.

Anybody else on here a fan? It's practically an institution in the UK.

I really hate that schools make fathers day cards. It just leads to awkward questions I can't answer.

Okay, totally don't care if it makes me seem like a big kid, but I'm way too excited to see Jurassic World. I got my ticket for tomorrow evening. Yeah, I know, the science behind it is kind of whack, but it's what made me first interested in going into science as a profession. I mean seriously, how totally cool is the thought that DNA from millions of years ago could be extracted from a mosquito preserved in amber and you could recreate animals long extinct?? As a scientist, I thinks that's totally fucking cool! Even if somewhat ill-advised because we all know what happens when you get a pack of velociraptors together, right?

And we totally don't need a T-Rex marching down the street either. ...even as cool as that may be. In theory, obviously.

I absolutely have the best daughter and brother in the world.

Not only did I get eggs, bacon, pancakes and fruit this morning but I got the cutest mothers day card too.

Apparently Kira asked Fe if they could do American Mothers Day for me since we live in America now. I'm feeling pretty loved right now.

Besides my regular training, and my trainer's idea of fun (those lovely ten mile runs which, for the record are inching up to 15, does he expect me to run a marathon too?), I've decided to volunteer. There's a gym my trainer works at that serves kids who come from homeless shelters, tries to get them into exercise and the like. I'm only doing one day a week, so I don't pack my schedule too tight, but I think it'll be a good experience.

Well that was an interesting trip to the grocery store.

I ran into the mother of one of my students and while we were talking she told me that all he wanted to eat was goldfish. I think one of the other patrons didn't realize we were talking about the crackers because she gave me the most horrified look I've ever seen when I started laughing about his mother saying all he wanted to eat was bags of goldfish.

I love kids. But the people who design playground equipment are clearly evil and need to be stopped. Either that, or we need to raise Freud from the dead to help them, because yowza.

Well I think it might take my brother a while to recover from me and my daughter appearing on his doorstep. I gotta say the look on his face was worth it though. I wish I'd had a camera.
