AT LONG LAST -

Next weekend, September 12, Enzo and I would like to announce the Grand Opening of PURGATORY!

It was delayed a week due to construction and the building inspector, but it is set and ready to roll out. The 18 and under nights will not begin until the first week of October, nights TBA.

Get ready for the party to begin somewhere between Heaven and Hell.

So my friend Stefan needs to get laid a date.

He's cute. He's nice. He's kind of a dream stalker, but not much here. He has a car that he's very excited about for some reason. He likes the boardwalk and long walks on the beach. Actually I have no clue about the long walks on the beach but he probably would for the right girl.

So yeah. Date Stefan.

I'm just a few weeks away from the opening of Purgatory, and the start of a new school year. Juggling both will be fun - worth it, but exhausting. Maybe it will keep dreams away. They haven't come back for a little while, but it doesn't feel like the end.

I just had the worst possible dream, ever. No bright side to that one. Except that it was just a dream.

Also woke up to this. I think I might be just a little big for it though.

If anyone needs me I'll be at my mom's.

So I have one week left until my first Marathon in the United States. I will be running in the Summer Bliss marathon at Huntington Beach. I am very much looking forward to it. There are a lot of running events in and around Orange County, I believe I am very much going to like it here.

I almost didn't think that it was possible for my family, in the dreams, to get more dysfunctional.

First our mother is making Elijah relive memories of killing the woman he loved that she had made him forget in the first place. I told Kol that if he didn't have a certain item to kill someone else. Klaus is after our father who said witch somehow resurrected. It's all one giant mess.

I think I need a drink after this.

Contractors will begin the work on Purgatory on Monday. Enzo and I are looking to open the club on Labor Day Weekend.

If anyone is looking for work, we will need waitstaff, bartenders, cooks, a dj or two, security, an events planner, promotions manager, etc. Ads are being placed as well. Let me know if anyone is interested. Interviews will be the second week of August, and training will start the third week.

I don't recommend running around on a rooftop right now. Ow.

Well, Gram's back to as normal as she's going to get going through chemo. The attack of the giant spider didn't help, but she's calmed down some.

Me? Not so much.

Dreaming of being aboard the Titanic is really quite an experience. On the one hand, it was the largest ship of it's time. On the other hand, I've been on a few luxury cruise lines in my life, and the Titanic is so tiny compared to them. It's certainly a different experience, where when I'm sleeping everyone goes on about the sheer size of her, and when I wake it's so much smaller.

I did get to dine with the Unsinkable Molly Brown (though, I suppose she hasn't quite gotten that title yet), and she is a delight. I hope that she joins us for dinner often, as she certainly makes conversation that much more interesting. Mr. Andrews, the shipbuilder, while quiet also seems like a kind man.

I've also recieved a cigarette holder this morning. I have never felt more classy smoking than I did using it this morning.

I feel like I'm going crazy.

If anyone is ever in need of torture ideas, I've recently come to discover - thanks in part to my dreams - that getting a knotted rope swung at your balls is vastly unpleasant.

At least I've got this fantastic Omega watch to compensate for the dull ache that lingers.

Am I the only one that didn't realize finals start this weekend?

I can't even remember the last time I went to a class. Yeah I'm screwed. What happened to my life?

I heard Christmas music on Halloween. Christmas music. There was an irate women complaining to management about it already. While I agree that it shouldn't be on any earlier that Black Friday...it definitely didn't ruin my day quite as much as hers.

Apparently I have people convinced that I never have fun. I sometimes manage to find time in between the responsibilities of work and class and home. But to all of you who think I don't get out enough you will be happy to hear I won't be working on Halloween and I am even going to a party.

One more hour and this shift is over. Then I get to go home and do some reading and homework. I have an exciting night ahead of me.

Those dreams everyone's been talking about? Yeah, I'm pretty sure I just had one. It was weird. Like, everyone I know was in it, but everything was different.

It started with me telling Elena I was psychic on the way to school. We were still in high school, apparently. Stefan was our age, he was the new kid, which was so weird. I thought he was hot, which was even weirder (no offense, Stefan). Of course, Caroline knew all about him before lunch. Matt was seriously pining after Elena which was super weird, considering while we were all hanging out at some place called the Mystic Grill.

Later, I was with Elena at this party and when I touched her, I got this creepy, like, psychic flash. I told her I was just drunk, but, yeah, it was totally weird. A little while after that, Matt's sister was attacked - by an animal or something.

Halloween isn't even here and some people are already thinking about Christmas. Why. I'm not ready for you, Santa.

I'm looking at the holiday schedule, and our current employee roster, and realizing that my last day before maternity leave is November 30th, and I'm absolutely terrified. We just don't have the manpower for the Christmas Rush. My current employees are wonderful and efficient, but I don't want to overload them with too much work over the holidays.

Izzy (my assistant manager) and I will be conducting interviews until November 1, and then extensive training during the month of November. Anyways I guess I'll go ahead and introduce myself. The name's Veronica and my dreams are normal.

So, in my most recent dreams, not only am I in Denver, but it turns out I'd been friends with Kol, who was told by Klaus to watch me. I had no idea that he was an Original until Elena and Damon came to Denver, wanting my help and Kol showed up. We went to a motel, where Elena and Damon were staying and they filled me in on what was going on and what they wanted was for me to contact another vampire who had died, Rose, to find out more about the Originals. Of course, Kol was one step ahead of us and killed the vampire who had turned her, who they were really looking for. Of course the worst part was seeing Elena kissing Damon when she was still with Stefan.

Hi, Valarnet, I'm Bonnie. I just got back to the OC after way too long away and my friends tell me this is a good place to hang out and network.

So, on that note,I missed the start of summer quarter at UCI and I need a job to keep me busy until the new year. Anyone know who's hiring?
