I woke to a blue cloak this morning by the bedside.

Think that's the end of the Dreams. Not entirely sure how to feel about it. I got so used to them.

This hotel is starting to grate on my nerves. Athos and I took a break and decided to ry the things we've gotten from the dreams. Duno why it took us so long to do but here's the results. I may have gotten carried away.

Headaches are so fun when I can't seem to find any advil in the entire office. I'm pretty sure there is some in the vending machine, but I think it's doing this on purpose. It's taken my money twice today already before lunch time and is taunting me with treats dangling over the edge that just won't fall and rightfully should be mine.

I've created a blue print of how to properly attack the machine at sundown but there are flaws in it. Several minor. Not limited to being crushed by said machine.


..I need a proper assignment or something.

Home. Got to go home last night.

Not so bad as Porthos made it sound.

Strange dreams at the hospital. About self flogging? I dreamt in Latin. And poems with 400 one-syllable stanzas, recited in a minute.

I've just spent all night at the hospital with Aramis.

He's all right now, he pulled through surgery okay. Still groggy as all hell of course, but at least it'll keep him from moving too much.

Some time in the night, he woke up screaming, saying he'd been shot. I thought it was just another Dream until I saw all the blood -- goddamn musket ball in his shoulder. Had to rush him to the ER to get it removed and stitched up.

The doctors say he'll be fine, he's a fighter (don't have to tell me twice). No visitors for right now, since he's just got out of surgery and all. But I'll pass along regards.

I'm sick of these fucking dreams, I really am.

Being in this hotel has perks. Chocolate on demand..I think I'm just going to be over here ( with this bourban chocolate brownie[viewable to all but cut to save lists] )

I've gotten stupidly addicted to candy crush and other dumb games. I never saw the point before, but since I've been waking up at random early hours of the night now I see their merit. Things I can fiddle with without constantly waking Athos.

I'm not sure if I should be amused or annoyed at Dream Athos flirting horribly with a comtesses. It's a little hard not to be amused. I don't think he has any actual idea how to talk to women.

I seem to be getting 'dreams' rapidly now compare to before. Just nearly every time I close my eyes. Some days they actually feel as though I'll wake up in Paris.

Took an elbow to the nose in the middle of night, last night. I've had many bad wake-up calls in my life, but I've got to say, this ranks pretty high on the Unpleasant Scale.

Seriously. Enough is enough. I can't sleep. I haven't been able to in at least a week. I have no idea what to do anymore. I can't keep running on like two hours night. This yoga thing isn't working fast enough. This is driving me crazy but I don't know what else to do about it. Usual running isn't helping. Little seems to be.

The home I showed up to today while working was a strange one. The owner no less strange. They had a dog, which is normal. But that dog was sitting on the big family room chair dressed in a tiny brown duster for no real reason at all. The owner didn't even acknowledge it as though it was normal for his pet to just sit around in a nice jacket..If it would not have been unprofessional I'd have taken a picture.. Ignoring that was hard. It was ridiculous.

I'm at least reasonably certain I gave my roommate his own room when he moved in. But that seems to have gone by the wayside.

It's strange how comforting my sword has become. If I had a choice I'd carry it over a modern weapon. Rather silly though given how little good it would actually do in these times.

I just realized I haven't actually been at my apartment in almost a week. The migraines seem to have stopped, so for that I'm grateful. I can actually function again and Athos doesn't fuss when I try to get out of bed as much now.

Well, it appears we musketeers got one over on ol' Cardinal Richelieu. It was quite a fantastic plan, I think, involving a beautiful fake death for Athos. Then all celebrations were ruined by the announcement that the Queen is going to have an heir and you'll never guess who the father is. Of course the Cardinal somehow knows - he heard her and I talking. So that's lovely.

I woke up to my musketeer cloak, though. I think my outfit's complete now. And "All for one, one for all" is sort of a catchy motto.

I also stumbled across this. And it's hilariously and alarmingly accurate.

I've been binge watching this show called Heroes. I should have stopped at season one, but I've never binge watched anything. I'd rather be able to do anything else, but as far as shows go it's pretty good. I like the concept.

I was offered a position at the Agency. Apparently I wandered into one too many restricted zones, and now Fury wants a set? as he put it. I'm interested I think, but it means leaving behind Sharon. She wasn't offered the same.

That was..not fun. That would be the second 'dream' that's actually injured me. Put me in the hospital this time. No real surprise after what happened in it I guess. We were sent after an anarchist named Vadim. The only way to get to him was from the inside. I was sent under cover as a condemned Musketeer left to hang at the Châtelet for illegal dueling. I befriended him, or so I thought. Vadim was too smart, a master of manipulating people to look in the wrong direction. In this case he wanted to rob the royal treasury and reshape France by killing the King and Queen as he said. But really he wanted us all looking in the wrong direction as he made off with the Queen's jewels.

He caught on that I was a spy for the Musketeers and ended up knocking me out and I'm guessing that's where this remaining headache is from. Anyway, I woke up under ground tied to enough black powder to blow Paris to pieces. I had no weapon to cut myself out so I had to fight the ropes, burns like hell. Nobody knew I was down there, Vadim had made sure I only passed on information he wanted me to. The others were still protecting the royals. My wrists are red from the ropes even now. I managed to put out the explosives and catch up to Vadim, using his own trick against him, and ended up killing him. He still tried to escape, but he didn't get far.

And now doctors orders I'm not allowed much activity and I'm bloody bored.

Sorry if I scared you. I couldn't find anyone to drive me to hospital. Athos wasn't picking up, he was driving in to work at the time. The internet was the only thing I could think of at the time.

I'm tired but I can't seem to relax. I've wandered away from this post at least three times before finishing.

I don't even know what to do with Aramis right now. He's underneath his blankets, sulking because of Spain's loss.

I tried making his favourite cookies and wafting them towards the door, but he only resurfaced long enough to take some and then burrowed back again.

This is a bit ridiculous. I don't know how to console him. He just mumbles grumpily at me in Spanish when I try.

I think I need to go for a run or something. Anybody else into running? Just need to move or all I'm going to want to do is sleep. That seems lame for a weekend night before midnight.

So my kitchen is a complete mess and will probably take a lot of cleaning but I do have boyfriend made cupcakes to show for it so I can't be mad at him.

Thankfully that's all over and I can take the chains off of my car. I'm glad I still had them. Almost threw them out. I hope everyone's all right, and that there wasn't much damage.

Now I need an iced coffee.

Alright, sound off. Who woke up with parts they didn't have before? I know Carter's effected, but like Hell am I sorting through all of these posts.

Oh. My God. I'm not certain there's any phrase in any of the languages I know to quite describe, exactly, what is even happening.

Apparently on Friday night there's supposed to be a huge meteor shower. Maybe we could watch it together? It's supposed to be the best one of the year. I'm sort of interested in that stuff.

My folks are still gone on their vacation thingy-madjiggy, and the house is big, creaky, and empty. Thank god Elsa's staying with me, but when she heads out it's like... BOOM. Big, Empty House. The hallways echo and stuff.

...I really need to stop watching scary movies when I've got the dark, empty house to myself. :(

I want to earn some money on the side of police work, but I really don't have any other skills that can be turned into party tricks for that sort of thing I don't think? Unless anyone wants a sparring partner or running partner or something? There was a guy before looking for a sword fighting partner. I think I can help out there? I lost track of the message-sorry. Accepting most ideas for this?

It appears I'm getting a roommate. Or, well, Porthos is getting a roommate, and it's me. I'll admit that at first I wasn't so sure, but it's really a nice option. It's closer to work, I'll have just as much space (if not a bit more) as I do in my current apartment, and cost of living will certainly go down. Not to mention the fantastic kitchen.

The downside being I'll have to leave behind the little garden I've grown very fond of and work on planting an entirely new one. Needs must, I suppose. I've handed in my one month's notice so the move will be entirely official mid-June. Perhaps we'll have a big housewarming party of sorts.

Aramis and I were talking, and it's hot. Damn hot and we should do more together, the four of us. We were thinking a beach day is in order. Next week, one that'll match all our schedules. Let me know if theirs a day that works best and we'll go from there. We'll make a day of it, bring food and do the whole typical summer time sandy watermelon thing. Nevermind I don't know how to swim, I'll figure out those details later.

This sudden heat wave is giving me a constant headache with little relief to be seen. Apparently it's only supposed to get hotter tomorrow. I already can't sleep like this as it is. 5am is going to be so fun.

I really don't like bad dreams.

Beyond ready for my first actual weekend off in a while to start. Though I have no idea what to do yet aside from try to find the cadbury egg stash Athos hid from me at Easter.

It's nto even six yet and I have had somuch trquila, so mny margaritaa corondas ad sangria.

Sometimes I hate people.

These dreams are a bit relentless, aren't there? Not that I'm complaining. They are, about 90% of the time, very entertaining. In these ones we had to escort a man to Paris but along the way we were attacked, and Porthos was badly injured by an axe or something like that. Apparently dream-me does not take it lightly when something happens to Porthos.

In any case, we went to this big old house that belonged to Athos (by the way, Athos is a count???). Through a series of events we discovered the man we were escorting was actually a slave trader, and you can guess that went off well, but we're all very quick thinkers so I suspect he won't be a problem later.

Then it was Porthos's birthday and we were all very, very drunk. He shot a melon off my head, it was sort of spectacular. Until he got framed for murder.

Also, I got the kit I used to sew up all of our wounds. It's just this little collection of various needles and the like, and I can't imagine being stitched up with any of them today, but it's sort of fantastic.

I had a strange dream that I was packing my suit case to go somewhere, but i kept putting baby ducklings in it instead? Over and over with these baby ducks. I don't..maybe I've eaten too many peeps and now dream ducks want revenge?

I made it just in time for DISCOUNT CHOCOLATE. I think I've got enough to last me a month.

I hope everyone had a fantastic holiday weekend. I certainly know I did. San Francisco is fantastic (though I am glad to be home, I suppose). I could go into details but it would be a lot and I'd hate to bore you all.

But look, pictures! Or, a picture. I honestly didn't realize I'd taken this and have no memory at all of finding a playground much less swinging, but, there you are. (Okay, there's another picture, because honestly Porthos is just photogenic and I'm not sure he knows I took that second picture oops).

Also! I had more dreams on the weekend. Better ones than the last time around. Apparently I do something called "The Stare" and I was giving it to the Queen. But in my dreams she gave me a rather stunning necklace with a cross pendant on it, and when I woke up Sunday morning it was lying next to the hotel bed. The exact necklace that the Queen of France, Anne of Austria herself, gave me in my dreams. I've never seen anything quite so beautiful.

My partner wants to resign..I didn't see that coming? He said that today was the second time he's ever not been able to keep up with me in a chase on foot and it didn't used to happen. I'm not sure what to think of this. We weren't close by any means outside of work but he was one of the few I liked.

Not sure I like how these dreams can mimic real life so eerily. Some things are better left forgotten or buried away in the back of your memory.

Being accused, arrested and pardoned all in one dream was quite an experience.
