I can't remember at the moment if I had plans with anyone this week. I think I might have made some. I won't be able to keep those plans, I think. It's been just terrible this month, and I'm more than willing to give February a good shove out the door. I don't think I'll be around much, either, so if anyone needs anything you'll have to contact me directly. I apologize for the inconvenience.

It is... strange how quickly my dreams seem to progress. That metal dog was so... unusual. So unlike anything I'd seen before.

I'm pretty sure that she's a mess and a half, and I want to help her, to fix her, but she's almost eighteen, she's independent now, without me even knowing about her, and the last thing that she wants is a sibling around to give her hell but...seriously.

Does vicodin even COME in those little plastic baggies? Are you allowed to stash it that way? Is four of them a standard lunch time dose? Now that I know I'm actually related to this kid, I'm getting kinda worried here.

Ugh. If one more person demands I say something ~pretty and Irish~, I'm going to murder them.

There's so much stress put upon being relentlessly, constantly cheerful around this season. I've had a headache since Thanksgiving.

I really need to stop having these dreams. I'm gonna start calling them nightmares.

Working all week, pretty much nonstop. I've got Friday night off, since I have a standing date to take my brother's kids to the movies every Friday, except possibly next week. Getting ready for Black Friday.

Anyone else here work retail? It's a bit of a pain, but I'm actually looking forward to it. Hopefully we can break sales records next weekend.

So, it's official. You're looking at (or, well, reading the words written from?) the new face of MakeMeNew Cosmetics. The paperwork is all signed, my new work visa is in place, and the photos will be out soon. That's the best I can say, "soon." They're going to be rolling out the snaps that we took for the Christmas line, and the New Years stuff was just fantastic. So pretty.

Now I need to go celebrate. I've been sitting on this news for weeks now! It's great to be able to finally spill it!

I have just finished my first day as both a member of the working world and a woman who runs a store entirely by herself.

This is an interesting feeling. I am not sure I like people as much as I thought I did, but I do enjoy taking their money and reading their cards.

I did not know it was possible for feet to hurt this much.

I've this overwhelming urge to go camping. A fire in the yard just isn't the same.

Oh, poor me. I have no plans for this Friday night. I sure hope someone will ask me out for dinner and a movie.

So, we're going to be house hunting. Four bedrooms, five at the most, as we want the twins to have their own rooms, and Illyana and her girlfriend will be staying with us. Does anyone have any neighborhood recommendations?

We're having this half price all drinks thing going on at the bar, every Sunday. Everyone should come by and check it out. We have a lot of original drinks.

I need a social life. Seriously, this is fucking ridiculous.

I took a super nice long nap after I got home today and then I slept too long, so now I'm going to be up all night.

Oh well, I guess. It was a seriously nice nap. I can't complain. Everyone has more fun live than me. I just sit around and nap and watch Honey Boo Boo. That whole show is a trainwreck of crazy and awesome. I didn't even watch toddlers and tiaras.
