One of my neighbors asked me to make a custom cake for their daughter’s birthday. An Oscar the Grouch shaped cake which I’m pretty sure I can do easily. I asked how old their daughter was turning and found out that she’s going to be 40. This is the kind of thing my parents would do if they lived out here, and I love it.

Okay so the party at my parent’s friends house wasn’t as lame as I thought it would be. At least it wasn’t once we found some hidden passages in the house and started exploring them. No clue yet what’s going to be on the other end of them but hopefully the next dream will shed some light on that. Maybe it’ll be a treasure room.
