Seems as if time flies by these days. My daughter was born yesterday some days yet now? She's growing into her own. She'll pass one-year-old and then I imagine it'll be a blink of an eye when I'm taking her to her first day of school.

My boy is already almost a man. Fourteen going on forty.

Where did 2015 go?

I can't tell if I lost the year in transition or if I simply closed my eyes, chose not to pay attention.

Guess I should get a jump start on my New Year's Resolutions to say I'll make certain I'm eyes wide open for all of 2016. I don't want to miss a thing.

Is anyone out there good with books, interested in very old things, and likes to catalog?

What's a better cure for a "Monday" than to go to the beach?

Gonna enjoy the sun, the waves, and the sand! Company is more than welcome.

I love the holidays! Streets full of palm trees, and litter, and the occasional homeless junkie who's friendly enough to give me a wave. I offered to let him stay in our guest bedroom, but he declined. Too bad, luckily it's not too cold about here. I gave him some money for clothes and a hotel room instead, he seemed happy enough with that.

Still, that's not why I love the holidays, I love the music, and the lights, and the decorations, and the smell of peppermint everywhere. Oh, and of course, so many baked goods.

Anyone interested in purchasing a motorcycle? I'm getting a new one, and looking to sell my 2011 Yamaha Stryker.

Also, anyone have any good book recommendations? I got rid of my cable, and looking to read more, but not sure of anything I'm looking for in particular.

I was informed today that I'll be participating in the Shop with a Cop this Christmas season. We're supposed to be doing that this weekend, and I gotta admit that I'm looking forward to it.

Been awhile since we last talked. How are you doing?

I really wasn't ready for break to be over with. At least it's not much longer now to a new semester, although I'm dreading finals already. I'm fairly confident that I'll be fine, but there's always that worry that I'll mess something up royally. Oh well, not much time to concern myself with it now, the only thing that I can do is study and hope that I'll be alright.

Oh even though it's over with I hope that everyone had a fantastic Thanksgiving!
