I have been hearing about these dreams for over a month now. Now that I finally got them they consist of living inside a high school and then Hanna's a basement?

If anything I guess I'm glad I was never part of the foster system in this Rosewood town.

Less than a week away from Halloween and I still have no idea what I want to be. Ideas?

My daughter has decided to be Wednesday Addams for Halloween. We're going to a Halloween party at her school Friday night then trick or treating Saturday afternoon and she's staying at my parent's after that so I can go do whatever I want after and don't have to try and find a babysitter. Cause really, what teenager doesn't already have plans for Halloween and would rather babysit? None and my parents never pass up a chance to spend time with Lian.

So Halloween is next week and I'd like to invite you all to a Halloween party down at Much Ado About Books!

There will be something for everyone! Face-painting and story-time for the kids and a professional pumpkin carver to teach the adults just in time for you to scare your neighbours for Halloween! There will also be apple bobbing, costume competitions and most importantly: a sale on in store!

This is a global crisis, everybody. I have no idea what to do, but I know that I am legitimately concerned.

I'm not entirely sure how this happened, but a little old lady is apparently going to call a corporate I do not answer to to complain about my nonexistant service at a store I don't work at. Because I, another customer, am waiting in line with my groceries, would rather ignore her and play with my phone than opening up another line.

I'm wearing a sweater and jeans. The store employees are wearing green polos with khakis. If I was at least wearing the store colors, I'd get the confusion. Either way I still don't get the sheer entitlement.

Why does it have to be Sunday? Can't we just have another day to relax? At least next weekend is Daylight Savings Time, so we get an extra hour. This weekend is nothing but the weekend of anticipation before Halloween, and same old same old. No dressing up, no holiday candy, no extra hour of sleep. This weekend sucks.

Whew. Practice ran late tonight. You are all cordially invited to the UCLA production of The Nutcracker. Shows run from Friday the 18th to Thursday the 24th. The choreography I've learned is really fantastic. I'm sure if you like ballet you'll enjoy this.

Got my L.L. Bean boots in the mail this week. I should have done this after the first time it snowed here, but I didn't think about it until after all the snow we got last December and all the snow they got back home this year. I bet that now that I have better boots, it won't even snow this winter.
