I'm really relieved that all my students who caught that virus made it through okay. It's so good to be able to have a full classroom again. I made a "Welcome Back" banner with all their names on it and hung it up the classroom. The whole class decided to right "I survived quarantine" or "I survived the plague" on it, signing their names under the statements of survival.

I'm glad things worked out and that they were able to bounce back from this so well.

Got a new one of these iPad things, and I made the lady teach me how to use it. I promised to teach her a few things--held up my end of the bargain. She did a bit too, like this Temple Run thing. A bit entertaining.

Why the fuck did I just wake up from dreaming I was a girl? let alone a fucking set of leather lingerie.And on some weird ass planet and then there was this figure in a kimono type gown with a headdress and gorgeous red hair.

I don't get it. I'd go back to sleep but, terrified.

I'm having far too much fun in my pick-up rugby team, I may never leave Irvine.

If anyone wants to join us, by the way, we're a very friendly group of lads. Ladies welcome too, of course. We're not overly competitive, we really just play for a bit of fun over at the Irvine campus, since a few of the boys go to school there.

Production on Black Widow is finally starting back up again after that whole virus scare. I really missed working, but spending time at home with my family was really nice. It's kind of been an insane last couple of weeks, both the good and bad kind. I'm honestly just looking forward to getting back to some kind of normalcy in my life.

I am finally beginning to feel a little more human and breath a little easier after that virus. I got hit with it really hard. We weren't sure I was going to make it out alive there for a little while, but I guess I must be a fighter in another lifetime or something. I'm certainly stubborn enough in my If bad things could stop happening to me, that would be swell. I'm not sure I have anymore room in my life for tragedy. My tragedy jar is all full up. Let's move onto comedy now.

It feels like everyone is talking about weddings and babies and life on the network lately. Perhaps having such a close experience with death is making everyone take a good hard look at their lives. I know it has brought me closer to God right at the time that I needed it the most. It's hard for me to admit, but a lot of my beliefs were beginning to shake on me before the virus. Now I know better. Now I remember.

I haven't taken the opportunity to do so yet, so we may as well do it now. I have an announcement to make. Regulus Black and I are engaged. We're planning on a long engagement, but I will be sure to keep friends and family updated when we decide on a date.

My everything hurts. A lot. At some point that'll stop, right?

I think I'll try to leave fighting to the professionals from now on. I'm awesome at kung fu, but it's different in an uncontrolled situation. That's when it's awesome

...Why does my homelife seem to consist of the same shit with a different name every single time? I need a babysitter Friday night if anybody's interested in some cash. What the hell, I'm going to come out and talk about this here, since the person who knows and thinks I'm crazy...already knows about me anyway. In my dreams I'm pretty much amazing. I mean I tend to think I'm pretty cool on a regular day as it is, call me overconfident, whatever you want, but I'm actually charming, and actually funny and actually not too ridiculous a person in them, instead of here where I just happen to think these things about myself.

Last night, I introduced a friend to my regular group of friends, all of who actually have showed up in my dreams now, along with a couple who we haven't convinced to join the dark side, aka: this network yet. All right so I got some odd looks for my choice of friend to introduce to them, since a lot of things didn't measure up, but I have the feeling that dream life me is going to be really glad that happened, especially because I'm generally glad that we all know him here.

But seriously, Marius? You're too precious for words there, honestly. And it's only fair that we educate you on the way things really stand so you have some better understanding of the world. Napoleon, really now? No, really? It's sort of cute, if it wasn't slightly scary.

And Enjolras? Your sudden love for cuddling with Jean Jacques in blanket forts? Hell, that text you sent me when I was making fun of you for that? Could have been lifted word for word from last night's little nocturnal adventure. You've been holding out on us, oh fearless leader, and we can't have that. Details, man, and details NOW.

To those of you not involved in my dreams yet, how many of you have your real world friends popping up all over them?

And in other news, Japan has set the Guinness World Record for the most mascots dancing at one time.

Honestly, watching this feels like a nightmare I had once where this happened, then they proceeded to cannibalize children. ... not a Dream dream, just a 'what the hell did I eat before bed' dream.

I love my field of work, there's always so much going on. I've always found black holes to be incredible. It's amazing to think how far we have come and with research and dedication we will continue to make new and fascinating discovery's. Science geeks will eventually take over the world ;)
