I'm pretty sure I wound up wearing atleast six drinks last night. I've never gotten a drink thrown in my face; not even when I pick up guys. I've been working at the casino for how long now, and this is the first time this has happened.

A bar fight that turns on security the second we show up to intervene is definitely not something I want to experience again. What is the deal with these people lately?

I've seen some really crazy things in the last year or so, like a talking dog and those crazy experimental kids, but I've never seen anything like the stuff they've got in the Sanctuary! I mean, there's a mermaid! Who has a mermaid? Who knew those even existed? Like I should be talking, I've got bird DNA.

Ok, the next Grabby McGrab Hands that tries reaching at me over the bar is going to find himself compelled to do Swan Lake until last call!

Sometimes I think this is the coolest place to be. I mean, where else do you randomly get to have a week or so of childhood all over again? Yeah, that was awesome. And...I'm glad it's over.

Now this feels rather more familiar. I could almost imagine I'm in the more restless districts of the Rukongai with the way the local residents have been reacting to me in the streets.

Okay, that is just not right. Today at work I got a banana cream pie thrown in my face, because apparently it tasted nasty. It didn't taste that bad. Whipped cream everywhere. Then on my way back to my apartment I got tripped, What did I ever do to anyone? I think I'm just going to go back and have a nice shower, I think I still have pieces of banana and whipped cream in my hair.

(There are clear sounds of sniffling and, when she speaks, Parker's voice is hoarse and shaking. It's obvious she's crying and shaken.)

H-He's dead. He's dead. He snapped his fingers and there's so much blood and now he's dead and I... I... (A pause as she bites back another sob.)

I don't know what to do! Someone has to stop him! Stop him before he... (Another sob. Her voice drops to a heartbroken whisper.)
