Okay. So I've been here for a little while now, and while I miss my Peeta, I actually do like this place a little bit better than back home. But I still need to find a job. I don't have a lot of experience, but I'm a very hard worker, and I can learn fast.

Also, and this is really awkward for me to say...I probably could stand to make a couple more friends. I just have a really hard time making friends, as I know I'm definitely not the easiest person to get along with. But since I'm going to be here for awhile, I should at least make an effort.

[The sound of someone landing in a crumpled heap and knocking against a bookshelf, sending several books to the ground.]

[Haymitch sounds baffled, and his speech is slurred. Liquid sloshes around in something metallic, and he unscrews the lid before taking an audible gulp of the contents. Sounds of clanging armor can be heard in the background, but they grow louder as if they're getting closer.]

HEY-- Leggo'my arm or I'll pull out the knife, you crazy-- [Sounds of Haymitch smacking the shit out of one of the suits of armor and knocking several together with a clash before yanking his hand back with a wince, because knuckles + solid objects = painful.] HEY! [Doors open, Haymitch, his flask and his knife all land on the stone steps outside the library with a thud and a clatter. He scrambles across the steps to gather them back together.]

[There's a small gasp, as she's grabbed by the arm.]

[Katniss can be heard struggling, and then there's a small "oof" as she's tossed out of the library, and lands on her knees. She gets up, pounding on the door.]
