Accidental Voice Post
(There is a soft, chittering sound much like one might expect from an animal, followed by a loud boom as the library doors seal shut upon their closing.)
-would just wait, I just want to know where I am!
(The last few words are spoken with exasperation by a soft, decidedly feminine tone. There is a soft sigh, barely audible, that follows. Immediately after there is some more animal-like sounds, almost as though the creature is trying to convey some sort of message.)
What do you want me to do, Momo? They won't open up. I already tried. (There is another sigh then a huff of frustration.) This is ridiculous. The war is over! How can I be a prisoner if there isn't anyone to take me captive?
(A bit more chittering and the female voice quickly corrects herself.) Sorry! Sorry! We. How can we be prisoners if there isn't any war going on anymore? It just doesn't make sense. And look at this place, Momo! I've never seen anything like it before. Maybe we should...
(There is a bit of a pause, followed by a sharp intake of breath.) Hello! Excuse me, sir, but could you please tell my why I'm here?
(A muffled reply follows, all too familiar to those who know the programming of the locals. It's followed by a moment of silence than a very annoyed voice.)
Are you kidding me? What kind of answer is that? This is just... just... just crazy! I just want to know what's going on! Is that really too much to ask?
(Another pause and finally the voice sighs, heavily.) Well, come on then, Momo. It's obvious we aren't going to get any answers here. Maybe we should see what the local shopkeeps have to say. I bet they won't be so secretive and who knows? Maybe they'll know where Aang got off to in this crazy place. He has to be around, after all. Whoever heard of kidnapping the girlfriend of the Avatar and just leaving it at that, hmm?
