I seriously feel like I've been asleep for a year...

Is there anybody who can say for sure if somebody's dis'peared or if something bad's happened or if they might be okay but just not where they're 'posed to be? 'Cuz some people talk bout people just goin' back home and then sometimes grown-ups just leave an' knowing the dif'rence would be good I think since my Daddy's never came home and even Mommy seems kinda worried an' if somebody can tell the dif'rence somehow I really really wanna talk to them.

... 'specially since it's my Daddy that's not where he's 'posed to be.

Sometimes I wonder if my life would make a good movie-of-the-week that you see on TV. Then I realize that there's probably not a channel around that would touch the dysfunction with a ten foot pole do it justice anyway.
