I've been observing the Network the last couple of days and I've come to the conclusion that everything that has been happening appears to have something to do with peoples' individual fears. Of course it's possible that The Collector has brought these other people here, but if that were the case then why haven't any of them written on the Network? It doesn't seem likely for someone brought here, who was after another non-local, not to use The Network as a means to either find out where they are or in some cases, to taunt them. I myself, haven't experienced anything out of the ordinary yet, but this is simply my theory for the time being.

Thought I'd pop out of the TARDIS for a bit, check on things, and next thing I know, I'm dodging that damned glove of Rassilon's. I don't care if this is Asaph's idea or not. It's getting really bloody old seeing a crazy and very dead Time Lord anywhere I go!

Stefan is back, but he's a Ripper again. I was leaving Harvelle's tonight when I saw him. He'd already killed two girls and was starting in on another when I stopped him. He wasn't very happy, but I led him away so she could get help. I don't know where he is now, but I stopped at my place after I couldn't sense him anymore. I wanted to let you guys know in case you see him.
