I have a horse. An actual living, breathing, horse where my car should be.

Also. Dean? Chomper is in the hen house. Because yes. Apparently we have chickens now. And a farmhouse where our real house should be.

Did I mention the cows yet? Because there are cows, too. Real live, mooing cows and if they are the only way we're getting milk, Jack and Meri are about to figure out how to eat breakfast without any, I'm telling you right now.

Sometimes I seriously hate this place.

Can't say I'm so happy about the horses everywhere but they're much less murderous than I once thought so I guess, just like spending some of my money, I can deal with that too.

By the Maker, this city has certainly changed since I was last here. And while I must say that it is a comfort to see horses and carts rather than automobiles, as they put me ill at ease with their noise and their speed, it is still disconcerting to have everything be so different. Things seem very strange, and the locals are even more put off by my ears than usual.

I am more accustomed to the oddities of this place than I would like to admit, but this is certainly a wholly different change than even I am used to. And it is strange to think that only a few weeks have passed here, when it has been much longer for me.

It feels good knowing who I am again. And as awkward as it was when we got our memories back, Dean, thank you for helping me take care of Caden and everything.

...Although I could have lived without the blast to the past. Seriously? I'm not going to be caught dead in half the clothes that are now in my closet. Some of these dresses are ridiculous.

I'd steal some of Sam's clothes, but then I'd probably look even sillier. And then would have to explain to Caden why I can wear Daddy's clothes, but he can't.

I may be one of the only people here whose business hasn't changed very much. The stables already resembled a barn, only now it's less modern. I have to say, I'm glad I was here when we lost our memories otherwise the horses wouldn't have been fed and cared for all week and I'd hate to think what would have happened.
