I never really got the point of Halloween. I know it's supposed to be about dressing up, and getting candy, but I just don't get the point.

Second, have you noticed a certain lack of definition of a mark on your left arm - not that the presence of the Toddler Dark Lord really made it burn all that much but, you know, it almost seems as if even he is not here anymore...

So, I was looking at all the Halloween things. Apparently you're supposed to dress in costume for the evening. I don't know what to dress as, or where to get a costume. And where does the candy come in?

Halloween is a bit overrated. A holiday that exists purely as a marketing ploy for candy and costumes and gives one an excuse to be frightening -- or in the case of most girls I went to school with, an excuse to dress like a slut -- without any consequences. Frankly, I don't see the point in putting fourth the effort.

frankly, i find the whole thing a bit insulting. no one should want to imitate this. no one deserves to be what i am.

All this money calls for so much shopping!

Anyone up for a day at the mall? Shopping is way better with someone to bounce ideas off of. Still need to pick out a costume for the scare day of all scare days.

I will be so glad when this damned 'holiday' is over. If I have to deal with one more sales person at a store trying to convince me to buy a bag of candy that I don't want, to give away to kids I don't even know, I might actually punch someone. And to think October 31st used to be one of my favorite days of the year.
