It's time we meet. You can agree, or I can hunt you down. The choice is yours.

I'm really bored, so I'm now taking suggestions for good books, because everything I already have I've read several times now.

And please, nothing where the bad guys are dead already.

Working at Java the Hut? Was not fun.

But I just wore half a pot of decaf and spent an extra half hour doing the closing cleanup because of it.

Seriously. Sometimes I just want to sucker-punch people with tempers. Never mind that that makes me a hypocrite.

So, every once in a while someone will call in a large order of sandwiches for a party or whatever. Or maybe they're just extremely hungry. We don't really ask. When people make these big orders we offer delivery, but some of them still want to just come pick up the food themselves.

Some dude called one in today. I accidentally called him "Mr. Batman" instead of "Mr. Bateman." I don't feel bad though, cause when I asked if he wanted delivery or to pick them up he said that Robin would swing by in the Batmobile.

Every once in a while people do great things.

Edit: Oh, and I don't think they're here, but if Batman and/or Robin are here, no offense guys.

It would seem that I now have a roomate. A Pansy Parkinson? We should meet when we have the time, get to know one another. Since we will be sharing an apartment for an undisclosed amount of time.

My first day of classes went pretty well, all things considered. My teachers seem pretty cool and I think I picked the right things to take. I even managed to earn extra credit during Intro to Art History, by listing the main artists of the Renaissance Period.

... though it might say something for the other people in class, including the professor, that they didn't realize I'd just named the Ninja Turtles.

I was at the hospital today, interning as part of one of my courses, and I saw a motivational poster for surgeons. "Remember how porcupines make love, gently, very gently." I never worried before about what surgeons think about while saving lives...but now I'm a little concerned.

In other news, I saw a kid with an inflatable palm tree being chased by a kid with a sword while I waited for the elevator. I forgot that things like that happened at college.

Apparently they're very lax about signatures and stuff, because I went into the schooling area and they were quick enough to give me a class schedule and stuff.  18th century British Literature, here I come. Amongst other things.  So yeah.  That whole thing about the teenagers being more open about questions?  Not in my experience.

But I did get to go straight into junior year.  Without taking my finals of sophomore year.  That's a plus, even if I'm the youngest junior for now.

So, I figured, if I've only got 100 dollars, that's not really going to last me forever. Especially since I had to dip into some of it to get real clothes and food What sort of jobs are around for fifteen year olds?

School is much less stressful than I remember.  Then again, I don't have to worry about a war against the Yeerks.  And I'm not as behind on the material as I thought I'd be.

Also, I love working at the animal hospital.  It's not quite the same as the Wildlife Rehabilitation Center, but it's close enough that I'm enjoying myself.

A giant library and a PDA? Not...exactly what I was expecting, but I suppose it certainly could have been worse.

Well that was a Trojan commercial gone all wrong.

Okay, I'll be the first to admit it. Fucking with the connected kid was a bad idea but really? This? Is a little bit cheesy.

...and whoever did it brought Yellow Baby too. Huh.

This isn't... I mean Mom? Dad? Dash?

O-kay. I don't know where I am, or how I got here, but if I don't get home in time for dinner, things are not going to end pleasantly. So just... send me back, now, and nobody has to get hurt that'll be that. Please?

What the hell is going on? This sure isn't Earth, and it isn't Olduvai either.

Did the C-24 spread here too? I thought I wiped that out.

And where the hell is Sam?

All this talk about people going to school makes me wonder if I should jump on the bandwagon. I think I kind of need to graduate, since I didn't exactly get to do that back home. I really, REALLY don't want to, but maybe school would be okay here...

In the middle of the day one night, two dead boys got up to fight.

Nevermind.

English muffin pizza is fun. Or smoothies. Or you take string cheese and wrap it in that biscuit dough? AWESOME. Dick taught me that one.

How'd Choir go, Heather?

The Atacama desert is the driest place on Earth. It only gets .04 inches of rain per year and that's if it's lucky.

That's still more rain than we've seen in this place in months. That's weird, right? It's not just me.
