Things I Know At the Time of This Writing

1. I am awake. Alive, in the sense that I am conscious, breathing, and that my brain and heart are functioning. I am sensing my surroundings, for the most part, but it would seem that I have been struck deaf. That is... unfortunate...
2. I recall my name, age, occupation, and the names and faces closest to me as of November 5, 2004. I also recall the last country I was in, as of this time.
3. I am in a library. Every sample of the material I have examined, at complete random, indicates that these books are blank. I can conclude that it is very likely, based on this phenomenon, that there is no actual information present here.
4. I was handled very roughly, and silently (though I am deaf) by what I had written off as statues. A struggle ensued, but that being fruitless, I succumbed and was carried outside and left in the street.
5. It is a city. Quiet, since I am deaf... maybe I can get used to this. I have habitually avoided cities before, since they are so loud.
6. I have, in my possession at this time, one (1) long-sleeved white t-shirt, one (1) pair of well-worn blue jeans, one (1) pair of grey boxer shorts, and one (1) PDA device.
7. My handler Is not here.
8. I am hungry.
9. I am not aware of my location at this time.
10. PDAs can often contact others.

Hypothesis: If I have been given a PDA, then there might be others with PDAs, because PDAs are often used to contact others.
