We got all the Halloween themed stuff in at the pet shop and all of you with dogs and cats and bunnies (do we have anyone who has a bunny??) should definitely come get cute bandanas and Halloween themed toys because dogs chasing giant stuffed pumpkins is the cutest thing I've seen in like, ten whole minutes.

Also, they make a pumpkin spice flavored dog bone. Fate has one. Fate is not a basic girl. I think it just tastes like cinnamon. And pumpkin is good for them!

I've officially packed up the last box, so we're all set for the movers to come in the morning. It's been quite a daunting task, packing up two places, but it'll be well worth it. Our new address will be 419 N Cedar Cliff Drive, and I'm certain we'll have a housewarming party at some point. ~~It'll be so nice to all be under one roof~~

The break yesterday for the birthday party was much needed. I'm not sure I would have finished in time otherwise.

Filtered to the Scientific Community

Shuri and I spent the night working with anyone we could get in touch with -Thanks especially to The Doctor and Jemma for their help and support.- trying to figure out a way to address a situation outside the realm of my experience.

It seems as if our people are being targeted by some kind of organism of alien origins. The thing consumes them in a living pod and keeps them alive while a 'copy' of them is sent out into the town to masquerade as our people. The pod reacts to stimulation. Fire seems to be the best way to get through it.

I don't have all the answers. As far as I know? No one here has all the answers.

We need to figure out a way to fix this though. For our people. For ourselves.

If you think someone you know might be affected, chime in. If we get an idea of how widespread this thing is, we can better determine how to plan our attack against it. I'm thinking this is an 'All hands on deck!' kind of situation.

Let me hear you, Madison Valley. I need to know me and mine aren't alone under this dome. Let's do this.
