Wash said he didn't want to go shopping for a while because he couldn't concentrate on that and his surroundings. I guess he maybe came close to taking a swing at Charlie's boss when he got surprised and he's worried he'd hit some normal shopper if they startled him. I know I'll feel better about him not doing it yet, it'll be holiday time soon and people are nuts.

I'm kind of feeling out someone about helping out with that and a few other things.

While I do appreciate Wash learning how to cook because he really seems to like doing something new I wish he could handle it if someone moved something in the kitchen.

I know many of the residents here have purchased their homes themselves rather than live in the provided ones. Does anyone have any suggestions or tips on how to go about doing so? I know I'm not ready quite yet but it is definitely a goal of mine and I'd like to know what I am getting into a bit early on. I imagine the process is considerably different here than it was at home.
