I was in New York City in 2008, and then suddenly I'm in Madison Valley, IN in 2022. That was weird, but I've seen weirder every day on the streets of NYC.

Some guy showed up and handed me a debit card, the key to an apartment, a phone and laptop. Which is good, because the phone and laptop I had on me apparently don't work here. And bad, because I had a lot of documents saved on that laptop. Anyone know if it's possible to retrieve data from them, or is it gone for good?

So, after spending several hours on the laptop, I can safely say that Madison Valley is the weirdest place I've ever been, and pretty regularly really gets its freak on.

Also, the people in this town are strangely excited by Halloween, which is still a month and a half away.
