These last few months have tried my ability to roll with things. That said, I am super thankful we are all still here and that things are going "ok" and that there are trips now! TRIPS. I am excited for those.

I got my high school yearbook, which yeah I'm sure is super mundane to half the town here, but the memories are priceless and always make me smile.

I was always a theatre kid. I'm not built for it, but it was a passion in high school. Blake and I were always pretty much inseparable on stage. But I wanted him to succeed way more than I wanted to do so for myself.

I remember finding ways into Broadway shows all through school and after. Last night? Last night really, really reminded me why I fell in love with the whole theatre world. You can take a classic like Jesus Christ Superstar and make it something fresh while keeping it on point. The theatre is so adaptable for the ages.

It was a hit when it opened and they really kicked it up a notch last night.

And maybe, I can't stop singing songs from it today.

I'm learning this place has some awesome people in it and that it also has some people who are way too full of themselves. It feels just like home. I was almost worried it was going to be all sunshine and kittens..phew!

I miss Quality Meats. One of my favorite restaurants back home. Made from scratch ravioli to die for. Hinkles fits the corner diner slot but I need to find a replacement for QM.

Okay so I might be hungry.
