Movies and PJ night will be on the 9th at the Community Center. Tentative time is 6 to ???.

People have the option of camping out if they want to after the movies are over. It's like one big sleepover except everyone has to be out of there by 7am. If enough people decide to sleep over, I'll get doughnuts for the morning.

The movies showing will be: A Christmas Story and How the Grinch Stole Christmas ( cartoon ). I want one more so I've made a handy poll so all of you can pick the third one.

Provided: Pillows and blankets, popcorn, hot chocolate.

I have learned this thing, it is a neat little device! I am glad to be here, it is filled with so many nice people. Though I am pained to see so many cut trees for decoration. There are better ways. If anyone wishes their own personal tree, that won't die, please, I can help. Same with garlands and the like.

For me, Christmas was never about decorating or celebrating with people. We went to Church, prayed, my mother often begged for God to make me normal. I am torn on it - so much of who I am is tied to those lessons, but my Faith is constantly tested by what I see in the modern era. I don't know what to make of it all. I feel lost in this new time.
