Some of you might or might not know that Hermione Granger and I have been working on a super secret project. Okay, not really secret. We've been working on ways to make fireworks enjoyable for everyone, even those who don't like the noise. Well, we have finally come up with a solution. I'm going to build headphones and she's going to magic them up so they dampen the sounds of fireworks.

If anyone wants a pair, please let one of us know. We'll make sure you have one by the Fourth of July.

I suggest we form some sort of council that can deal with the problems that come when the city causes the weird events. If they're damaging there should be damage control. And if people get hurt then there should be something that guides us through dealing with it.

And if we form one there needs to be back up members that will step in if the council are the ones affected by one of the unusual events.

The locals can handle straight out crime but things aren't always that cut and dry.
